Başta otel sahibi Yavuz bey olmak üzere Mehmet bey, Emrah bey ve diğer personele güler yüzlü ve yardımsever tavırları için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Kayak amaçlı 4 gün konakladık. Kayak merkezine ücretsiz transfer aracıyla bizi bırakan Sergen beyi ve lezzetli yemekleri için n ascibasini atlamak istemem. İyi ki burada konaklamisiz. Odalar sıcacık ve mütevazi. Butik otel alışkanlığı olanlar için ve aile ortamı arayanlar için mükemmel bir tercih

Sarıkamış kayak yapmak, öğrenmek için çok güzel bir yer. Dinlenmek ve kayak için, Royal Özçelik otelde kaldık ailece. Odalar tertemiz ve konforlu. Yarım pansiyon kaldık ve ev yapımı çay saatleri kurabiyeleri çok lezzetliydi. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği, lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Yavuz bey her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Kayak ekipmanlarını otelden kiraladık. Kayak merkezine shuttle götürüp getirme hizmetleri var ücretsiz ve istedğiniz kadar git gel yapabilirsiniz ( Sergen beye teşekkürler). Kayak hocası ayarlanması konusunda da yardımcı oluyorlar.Çalışanlar çok canaayakın , emek veren bir ekip ve her konuda yardımcı olmak için koşturuyorlar. Sauna , hamam kullanımı çok keyifli ve geniş mekanlar. Ayrıca harika sırt masajı, body masajı yapılıyor ( Sevgi hnm ellerine sağlık) .Kalmak için güvenli, nezih ve uyumlu bir otel . Biz ailecek memnun kaldık ve süremizi uzattık. Otel ve Sarılamış’tan memnun ve mutlu ayrıldık.
