真的很差的一次入住
1.前台服務很不專業，態度一般
2.洗澡水一會兒熱一會兒冷
3.電視形同虛設，什麼都看不了，任何一個節目都需要花錢，也不能投屏
4.沒有毛巾，衹有浴巾
5.屋頂發黴。忘記拍照了

交通方面：離火車站很近，步行10分鐘就可以到達。我們住的房間在12層。通過窗户就可以看到火車站。
衞生方面：很乾凈。尤其是吹風起，超級好用。把通行的小姐姐頭髮吹的超級好看，超級好評。
服務方面：這邊的前台小哥哥和小姐姐都很好，我們每次經過他們都會像你問好。臨走前一晚還送了果盤，第二天早上退房還送了一袋子伴手禮給我們。裏面一個手持的電扇，一包濕紙巾，一袋橘子味道的糖，特別貼心。
總體感覺就是顧客體驗很好 超級好評。

酒店離火車站超級近，帶孩子出來玩，下了火車拖着行李步行差不多10分鐘就到酒店了，辦入住也挺方便，服務人員很熱情，房間還有小度，孩子玩嗨了，能語音播放音樂，還能控制空調燈和電視挺神奇的，早餐也挺不錯，值得推薦。

非常值得滿分好評的一家酒店，1、酒店的地理位置真的是得天獨厚，距離煙台站就幾步之遙，離大悦城10分鐘的路程，周邊吃飯遊玩啥的都很方便；2、房間衞生很乾凈的，馬桶與窗簾都是智能的，房間還有小度呦，無聊時找小度聊聊天，哈哈，早餐很豐盛，中西合璧，自助早餐，就餐環境也比較優雅，整個餐廳裝修色調比較小清新，衞生營養全面，大堂還有免費的茶水糕點，3、酒店服務專業素質很棒，前台效率高，思路清晰，工作人員都很有禮貌，走廊遇到都會主動問好，酒店有免費的洗衣房有人專門清潔，離店的時候前台還送了小禮包，有口罩、消毒濕巾還有小姐姐親手寫的小卡片，服務真的太周到了。總之很推薦啦，下次還來住。

整體來説非常不錯的一家酒店，服務到位，前台有親和力，衞生乾淨，還會再入住的。另外有幾點建議，48元一位的自助早餐種類有些少，不是特別豐盛和可口，房間沒有配備浴袍，出差在外有些許不方便，酒店送的果盤有點敷衍……不過瑕不掩瑜，還是很棒的一家桔子

我們入住的是火車站旁的桔子酒店，位置非常便利，旁邊就是汽車站。酒店非常新，衞生也不錯。免費給我升級到了更安靜的樓層。服務人員都很友善。
房間很精緻，隔音也很好。智能語音控制，大電視對着床看電影也方便。喜歡房間各種桔子香氣的用品。淋浴的花灑出水也很舒適。
床品乾淨，枕頭和床墊是記憶棉的，睡起來也很舒服。拖鞋都是厚一點的，很加分。要是能有個小一點能拉近的化粧鏡就更好了。
早餐的選擇也算豐富，餐廳雖小但環境也不錯。推薦。
