看着點評選的酒店（那麼多好評怎麼來的）…果然失望，房間物件陳舊，設施能少的不會多一件，洗臉盆堵，馬桶就不説了（臟）…淋浴間衞生好差啊，都是毛髮，水也是冷的洗個澡差點沒凍死…隔音好差…真的好吵，真的是將就加湊合一晚

酒店服務態度特別好，房間寬敞明亮，位置離火車站很近，出門逛街方便，旁邊就是水街。酒店還贈送了礦泉水和早餐。下次來鹽城還住這裏。

給這家店獻上我住酒店這麼久第一次的差評，首先酒店特別破舊有味，空調打開轟隆隆的，寫的2020年新裝修，但有部分是很老的裝修，宣傳圖新舊穿插使用迷惑顧客。其次我入住的房間晚上十多開始插着卡但停電，問前台，前台讓等下，等他們的電工，但一直沒等到，過會又説電工師傅是剛來的不熟悉怎麼操作不會修，又讓我下去換個備用卡，換了不用卡卡依舊不行，插上依舊會自動斷電，中間過程最少半個小時了，酒店沒有任何歉意就讓我收拾行李換個房間，半夜我在黑洞洞的屋子舉着手機燈收拾一遍行李，帶着洗了一半澡的小孩，換了另一個一樣破舊的房間。因為晚上十一二點不想再折騰小孩換酒店，我就跟酒店交涉要求賠償，給我換到新裝修的房型，我覺得我的要求並不過分，給我們帶來這麼大的不便，遭到拒絕，説補了差價才可以升級，五十的差價你們店的格局也就這麼大，也挺給鹽城抹黑了。
