We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

First of all, access to convenience stores, supermarkets, beauty districts and restaurants is very good from the station. The hotel is still new and the view at breakfast is also seasonal and weather-dependent, but it is very good. I'm glad that coffee and tea can be freely drunk in the lounge on the 11th floor from check-in to 24:00. There are 6 washing places in the public bath. So it might be a little crowded during the sightseeing season. I felt that there were few elevators for the number of rooms. The room is a little larger than a business hotel, but you can open a large suitcase and put it under the bed. I didn't feel narrow because I was.

The hotel overall was just a bit too average. There was no parking at the hotel and nearby parking was pretty expensive as they charge you every 12 hours rather than 24 hours. So, for one day of parking, the cost was over 1200 yen. The hotel itself has only one elevator and no inside stairs. So, it is often a long wait for the elevator. Although there is a sign in the hotel warning people not to take the elevator at busy times, that of course is silly. Those times are busy because people are choosing the best times to go somewhere or come back. The hotel has a lot of noise from neighbors as well and it does not make for a good sleep, generally. I strongly suggest bringing earplugs for this hotel. The bath was again quite average. It smelled a bit too chlorinated for an onsen, and there were only 3 wash stations. They even recommend that you might have to wait to wash during busy times. There are a lot of these kinds of ”warnings” in the hotel asking you not to do x during the busy times. I think it would simply make more sense to remodel or improve the situation so that there is not as much congestion. The two more positive things about the hotel are the location and the fact that they did not violate the law by asking foreigners for more information than they are entitled to. The location is very near the station, so if you take the train, that can be very positive. In addition, they seemed to be used to foreign residents going to the hotel and did not demand to see a passport that I am not required to carry or any other form of ID that they are not entitled to see based on the law. So, the staff seem to be well-trained in that respect.

I prefer Duomi. The location is good and you can also take a hot spring bath. Kurashiki's Domi is relatively close to Kurashiki Station, a few minutes' walk, and the beautiful area is across the road. The room is not small, and the Japanese-style breakfast includes local specialties, such as mackerel sashimi and paella. There are many places to eat next to the hotel. But because the hotel is next to the road, you can hear the sound of cars at night. In short, the price/performance ratio is relatively high, recommended.

There is a nice comfy feel about this hotel. Possibly due to there being less hustle and bustle from the previous hotels we have stayed in on this 18 day tour. First one with a separate shower and no step into bathroom! Very quite rooms albeit quite dark. Breakfast was poorest we have had so far but given most of the guests are Asian it was going to happen sooner or later. The only eggs on offer, apart from a poor attempt at French toast, were a very watery scrambled eggs. No taste so probably made from powder or granules. East walking to river and Main Street. A very relaxing town with nice feel to it and plenty of dining options around with a slower pace than other places we have stopped at.

I stayed for a consecutive night at work. It is very clean and well equipped, just opened in August. I am glad that the public bath is also free. Check-in, out and automatic machines are quite convenient. Convenience stores walk about 10 minutes in the neighborhood, but there are seven eleven. It's very convenient for me to work in a complex, and I've already used it three times in a month. There is also a route inn, but I became a fan of select, so I decided here next time. Please make a reservation early, may it be cheap? The content of breakfast is not bad, but I want to expect further grade up from now on. Rice is also delicious with Koshihikari.

I stayed for one night in a hurry for sightseeing after business trip. Located about ５ minutes walk from Kurashiki Station, the appearance is very beautiful. Behind the hotel, there are many taverns that can be drunk, and I thought it was suitable for businessmen traveling alone. The front desk of the hotel is at ３ F, and at １８ on Thursday, a businessman waiting for check-in was lined up at the front desk. The front desk window was only ２, but the staff was crisp with ３ name, so there was not much waiting time. Since it was settled in advance, I filled out the essential items such as addresses on the tablet and completed it, and check-in was completed in about ５ minutes. The room was still new, bright enough and very clean. I could hear some noise in the aisle, but the rest was generally good. We didn't use the public bath and breakfast buffet, but both were very attractive, so I would like to use it next time I go sightseeing.

The sound of cleaning, the opening and closing of the doors, the windows, the footsteps of the staff, and the conversation are quite unconsidered. Some guests stay in the guest room for consecutive nights, so I thought it was necessary to take more consideration. It was summer vacation and the passage Because of the straight structure, children dash. This also sounds quite in the guest room. It was very good. I stayed for several nights. I was surprised when I returned on the second day to see that the room had been cleaned very carefully. I'd like to stay here again.
