Great location everything within a short walk. The hotel is lovely, representing really good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful Would definitely stay here again if visiting York. Highly recommend for a very pleasant stay Only slight negative was the cooked breakfast , it was over cooked but not bad considering included in price of room

Great hotel! Even though I only stayed one night in York this time, the hotel provided breakfast, and it was a very satisfying meal. The room was also very spacious, not at all cramped. I'll definitely come back next time.

Added extra bedding for the kids, and the service was absolutely fantastic – a top choice for family vacations! The family room design is thoughtful, safe, and fun. The freshly made waffles at breakfast were my child's favorite. The staff proactively helped with our stroller, which was a warm and thoughtful detail. There's a Chinese supermarket within walking distance. We'll definitely be back next time!

A very convenient location located within the city centre of York. There are numerous bus stops just located within 3 mins of walking making it very easy to travel to rail station or designer outlet. Moreover, there are numerous groceries such as saintsbury, Tesco and M&S foods. 10mins walk to York minister. It comes with complementary breakfast as well and it has many varieties and delicious. From the room you can overlook the Clifford castle as well.

Right in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. It does have a gym, although rather small, but enough for a quick workout. Some of the rooms have amazing views of the Clifford Tower

We would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent customer service, rooms and breakfast. We will be back in September for my birthday.

Very good location for York town centre. Very polite staff. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

The location was amazing and a few minutes from Shambles which is the main street. If driving, there is no onsite car park but they provide discount at Q park car park. The breakfast was limited but did the job. The service was great beside 2 experience. 1) the receptionist who checked us in didn’t come across warm but she did check us in. 2) when requesting amenities and dressed in PJ’s, the staff would expect you to go down to reception to get this. It would have been nice of the staff to bring this up to your room.

This Hilton hotel is located within York city center, which is a pretty good location. The service was decent, and breakfast was your typical 'Western' style, with a good variety of options. As a Hilton Silver member, they don't offer complimentary bottled water like they do for Gold members, but if you ask at the front desk, they'll kindly give you some cookies. Plus, not having to pay a deposit at check-in was very convenient.

This hotel is far out from the train station and the rooms are a lot smaller than the ones at York
