Renaissance Xiamen Hotel

Renaissance Xiamen Hotel was nothing short of bliss! Staff were polite and helpful, room was gorgeously luxurious with an unforgettable sea view from the balcony! It is worth mentioning the hot tub with a big window facing the sea, it was my favorite part of the room. It is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Xiamen. The hotel is clean and beautiful! There are two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor, gym, SPA and sauna. The territory of the hotel is pretty big, full of plants and flowers, plus there are many places where guests can have a rest by sitting in one of the gazebos with table and soft chairs. The buffet breakfast was okay, but in other hotels the variety of food was richer. I guess this is the only things I would improve in this hotel. The rest is all perfect!

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. Will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to Xiamen - the hotel is A++

I went back to Xiamen with my family during the Easter holiday. A friend recommended this newly opened hotel. It was really satisfying. The guy at the front desk was very polite when I checked in on the first night and upgraded the room. The concierge at the door was also helpful and helpful. When I arrived at the room, the manager on duty was already greeting me at the door. It felt very warm. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. However, there was a little trick in adjusting the volume of the TV. (𣎴It’s about the TV) It’s just that I’m not used to it. How to use the remote🤣, the breakfast is quite rich, the variety is average, at least the restaurant is clean, and the waiters are polite. I am very satisfied👍. There was even more surprise when we checked out on the 6th. It turned out that during the day, a very beautiful lobby manager gave us a souvenir and politely sent us to the car 😄 Haha, this hotel is really impressive! I will definitely stay again next time I come back👍

Jimei School Village/Xinglin Bay/Yuanbo Garden
It’s much more expensive than usual during the Spring Festival! But the service is unequivocal and very good. Seeing that we brought a baby, we upgraded the room type for free to a room with a large window. The baby can stand by the window and watch the scenery, and the scenery outside the window is really good! It's great to watch during the day and at night~ The hotel is decorated in a grand style, and the facilities are all new and clean. The highlight is that you can watch many good movies on the TV without paying! This is really something that many hotels can't do...in short, it's very comfortable! The breakfast was very rich and delicious. Although I only stayed for one night, I will consider staying again when I come to Xiamen in the future~

The location is great, the room is clean and quiet. The view outside the window is nice. It is also very convenient to eat and buy things around, suitable for families. Sophia Su and Xiao Deng at the front desk were both super patient.
