It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. I had a great experience staying at your B&B this time. The environment at the front desk is great and comfortable. The guy at the front desk provided great service. The guy at the front desk said he had a room and checked him in directly. Thank you very much! We would also like to thank the bellman for helping us deliver our luggage to the room. For two of us, the 4 pieces of luggage were very heavy. The TOTO used in the hotel is a very good brand. The only flaw is the decoration and the details. The housekeeping cleaning training may not be in place, the floor always feels unclean, and things are forgotten every day, and the same thing is never repeated😅. The picture shows a corner of a newly replaced bath towel. I personally think that bath towels and towels with obvious stains that cannot be removed should no longer be used by guests. There is a tea set in the hotel room, which is really convenient for those of us who like to drink tea. In addition, the hotel has a self-service laundry, two washing machines and one dryer, which is very convenient, but if you encounter one that is in use, you will have to wait for a long time. A lovely posh hotel located on the main island slightly a little further away from the CBD. We truly love the design of the hotel especially the attentive details in the room. From the complimentary mini bar to the toiletries that smell amazing! Everything felt handpicked with care. There is also a bar at the hotel. We tried the tea infused brew and really enjoyed it! Would definitely stay again～
