The smart home system is comprehensive and easy to use, making everything so convenient. The bedding is comfortable, the hot water supply is excellent, and the air conditioning is quiet, ensuring a high-quality rest at night. The location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation to shopping areas and attractions. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including authentic Minnan-style snacks that taste genuinely good. The front desk service is warm and attentive; they answered all my questions and proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. The room hygiene was impeccable with no strange odors. Overall, the experience far surpassed what I expected. You get high-quality accommodation for a low price – highly recommended!

Often, guests do have needs, but they might be reluctant to communicate them repeatedly or feel awkward asking. With this service group, however, any request can be communicated directly at any time. Responses are almost immediate, and issues are resolved quickly. This level of efficiency and attentiveness is really rare. What was particularly helpful was that we bought a lot of items, and the hotel was able to receive our packages and deliver them directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient and reassuring. In contrast, at some five-star hotels in China, you'd often have to go to the front desk or a designated area to pick up your deliveries. The service experience here is noticeably more detailed and personalized. Furthermore, the room itself was a major plus. It was very spacious, with a well-designed and comfortable layout. The bathroom featured a semi-open design, allowing for direct sea views from the bathtub, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offered expansive vistas. The overall decor was modern yet distinctive, with excellent attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The bedding was also very comfortable, contributing to an extremely pleasant overall experience. Overall, from the facilities to the service details, you can feel the team's dedication. Overall, this hotel is excellent and offers great value! It's close to Songyu Pier, making it an easy walk to the ferry to Gulangyu Island. The front desk also attentively directed us to parking, which is about 200 meters across the street. The fee is only 20 yuan for 24 hours. The room was clean and hygienic, with good hot water. It was quiet and comfortable, and the toiletries were excellent.

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

The room was in Daqing, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views, a bay window with a seating area, and a tea table. The breakfast was delicious; while the variety was limited, it exceeded expectations considering the 10 yuan price. The restaurant and front desk staff were also very patient, exceeding expectations. The location at Songyu Pier was incredibly convenient for catching a ferry to Gulangyu Island; arriving five minutes early was all it took. Haicang District is also beautiful and charming, with few tourists, making it a great choice for those who prefer a quiet environment and immersing themselves in local life!

Our room boasted an expansive sea view. All rooms are generously sized at over 40 square meters. Before our check-in, Jacey from the executive lounge proactively called to inquire about our preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. She even granted us executive lounge access and complimentary breakfast. In the evening, we had a lot of fun making our own cocktails, and under Jacey's guidance, they turned out consistently great. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, and the fitness center is fully equipped.

The room is consistent with the pictures, the space is large and the facilities are very good. The overall environment and hygiene are also good. You can see the lake when you open the curtains. The overall stay experience is very good, recommended!

I was overwhelmed by the choices when searching online for hotels, and finally found this one. It's close to the subway station, convenient for taxis and restaurants, and I was very satisfied with the room. It was elegantly designed and clean. There's a laundry room, but it's very busy at night, so you have to wait. I recommend going at a different time. If you don't have time to wait for your laundry to be dried, you can ask the staff to dry it and deliver it to your room. They specifically asked for a quiet room, and I had a good night's sleep. I highly recommend staying here.

It's the off-season in Xiamen, so hotel prices were relatively cheap, and they upgraded me to a sea-view room. Breakfast was at the Marriott and had a great variety. This is my third time staying at this hotel... However, today when I tried to extend my stay, the front desk deliberately made things difficult, which was a bit frustrating.

The stay was very comfortable. The facilities are new, and the hotel design is unique. The front desk staff were all very professional. It's conveniently located, just a ten-minute drive to Songyu Wharf, making it very easy to get to Gulangyu Island. Since it's not in the city center, the surroundings are also very quiet.
