The overall environment is clean and bright, with simple yet elegant decor. The attention to detail is impressive, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The smart home system is comprehensive and easy to use, making everything so convenient. The bedding is comfortable, the hot water supply is excellent, and the air conditioning is quiet, ensuring a high-quality rest at night. The location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation to shopping areas and attractions. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including authentic Minnan-style snacks that taste genuinely good. The front desk service is warm and attentive; they answered all my questions and proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. The room hygiene was impeccable with no strange odors. Overall, the experience far surpassed what I expected. You get high-quality accommodation for a low price – highly recommended!

We've traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous five-star hotels over the past few years, but this hotel has something truly unique and memorable: a dedicated service group for guests. Often, guests do have needs, but they might be reluctant to communicate them repeatedly or feel awkward asking. With this service group, however, any request can be communicated directly at any time. Responses are almost immediate, and issues are resolved quickly. This level of efficiency and attentiveness is really rare. What was particularly helpful was that we bought a lot of items, and the hotel was able to receive our packages and deliver them directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient and reassuring. In contrast, at some five-star hotels in China, you'd often have to go to the front desk or a designated area to pick up your deliveries. The service experience here is noticeably more detailed and personalized. Furthermore, the room itself was a major plus. It was very spacious, with a well-designed and comfortable layout. The bathroom featured a semi-open design, allowing for direct sea views from the bathtub, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offered expansive vistas. The overall decor was modern yet distinctive, with excellent attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The bedding was also very comfortable, contributing to an extremely pleasant overall experience. Overall, from the facilities to the service details, you can feel the team's dedication. The room is relatively new, both in terms of decor and furnishings. You need a card to access the lobby elevator, which is very safe. I initially hesitated when I saw the hotel was renovated in 2018, but the result exceeded my expectations. The price is quite good for the price. The room is a bit small, but it has a large balcony. The view from the balcony is a large green space, which is very pleasing to the eye. The shower head has a strong water flow, but the drain is a bit clogged and the water flows slowly, so showering can be a bit soaking. The front desk lady's service is commendable. She always greeted us with a smile, answered every question, and was very friendly. Dining nearby is also quite convenient. Just outside the door are Shaxian snacks and several noodle shops. There's also a Guangdong food stall a few minutes' walk away, which is popular with locals. I stayed an extra night and parked on the roadside nearby for 35 yuan for two nights, which is not bad.

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is in a prime location, right by the pier, so I didn't have to rush. The front desk was friendly and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was also varied and delicious, offering excellent value for money!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the room was spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the access to the gym and pool. It was very quiet at night, making for a peaceful sleep. The overall environment was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Xiamen.

On the last day, I didn’t know whether it was next door or upstairs, but I spent an hour plugging in the phone charger from midnight, plugging it in and unplugging it, plugging it in and unplugging it, moving stools and cabinets, it was really annoying, and I didn’t fall asleep until after 3 a.m. If it wasn’t the last day, I would have complained! I was overwhelmed by the choices when searching online for hotels, and finally found this one. It's close to the subway station, convenient for taxis and restaurants, and I was very satisfied with the room. It was elegantly designed and clean. There's a laundry room, but it's very busy at night, so you have to wait. I recommend going at a different time. If you don't have time to wait for your laundry to be dried, you can ask the staff to dry it and deliver it to your room. They specifically asked for a quiet room, and I had a good night's sleep. I highly recommend staying here.

It's the off-season in Xiamen, so hotel prices were relatively cheap, and they upgraded me to a sea-view room. Breakfast was at the Marriott and had a great variety. This is my third time staying at this hotel... However, today when I tried to extend my stay, the front desk deliberately made things difficult, which was a bit frustrating.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's brand new with a beautiful environment, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was happily surprised with a room upgrade. I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast menu was adjusted, showing the chef's thoughtfulness. The front desk even walked me to the door after I checked out – such genuine hospitality is truly rare and appreciated. There were quite a few international guests, making it feel very global. I originally considered hotels in the city center, but I'm so glad I chose this one instead. The city center streets had a terrible sewage smell, so bad that businesses had to cover their drains with mats. Health comes first!
