I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is in a prime location, right by the pier, so I didn't have to rush. The front desk was friendly and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was also varied and delicious, offering excellent value for money!

The welcome message on the room's TV, 'hospitality at its finest,' truly delivered! The hotel's service was top-notch – warm, thoughtful, and efficient. The decor beautifully showcased Chinese aesthetics, and the sea-view room definitely lived up to its 'sea-view hotel' title, offering lovely views, including passing cargo ships. Even though the attractions were a bit disappointing due to the holiday crowds, I'd give the hotel full marks. They even prepared a balloon gift for the kids. My only regret was missing out on the intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, which were only available during the May Day holiday.

Everyone should stay here! My review for this hotel is a resounding 'awesome,' the only minor flaw being its location outside the city center. It's incredibly comfortable and offers great value for money. It feels very safe, with security personnel patrolling. Although it's a bit far out, it's still very convenient; the Haicang district is beautifully developed with lovely scenery, and shared electric scooters are readily available on the map. The hotel's environment and hygiene are super clean, the rooms are spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. Overall, the check-in experience was exceptionally good, and the value for money is outstanding—highly recommended!

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

The room is clean and tidy. You can see the sunset. There is a refrigerator, washing machine and induction cooker. It is very comfortable to live in. It is cost-effective [strong]

The botanical garden went, the beach went, the subway sat, a day to go shopping and eat, haha, to the rhythm of fat death, let the hotel help me arrange a quiet room, return to the hotel, this is close to the community, on the corner, no one passed, very quiet, this front desk arrangement is in place, very powerful, there is a laundry room, I forgot to put it in the drying. Later I got up and saw that the staff had helped to dry the bag and received it. I must like it. I got up early in the morning and I was sleepy. Fortunately, there was an unlimited cup of coffee in the lobby to renew my life. The hotel with a good price/performance ratio was arranged properly and it was recommended to stay.

The room layout is great, and the sea view from our room was beautiful both day and night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and it was a really enjoyable experience with my friends. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

The front desk also attentively directed us to parking, which is about 200 meters across the street. The fee is only 20 yuan for 24 hours. The room was clean and hygienic, with good hot water. It was quiet and comfortable, and the toiletries were excellent.

This home to breakfast is so amazing to me. The authentic Xiamen style is also very delicate. Each sample is a little taste, especially the bean curd, adding dried plum vegetables to the soul. The accommodation experience is very good. It’s just that the price increase during the Spring Festival is too much. Fortunately, I booked early 😂
