Our experience was fantastic! As soon as we drove up, a bellhop jogged over to open the door, immediately helped with our luggage, and directed us to parking. When checking in, the front desk agent, Sophia, noticed I had a child and proactively upgraded our room and brought over kids' toiletries. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten a book, and when I called, they found it right away. Their perfectly balanced enthusiasm made us feel incredibly welcome. The bedding was high-thread-count and super comfortable, making for a very refreshing sleep. The double vanity, separate walk-in closet, and extra-large bathtub all exuded comfort. As for breakfast, it was incredibly rich and varied; everything you could want was there. We had a great time eating with the kids.

The room is very tidy, clean, the service is very good, the problem is solved quickly, the housekeeper is very patient and has a good attitude, and the night is very warm, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. It is comfortable to stay and the price is cost-effective. I will recommend colleagues and friends to stay here.

Everyone should stay here! My review for this hotel is a resounding 'awesome,' the only minor flaw being its location outside the city center. It's incredibly comfortable and offers great value for money. It feels very safe, with security personnel patrolling. Although it's a bit far out, it's still very convenient; the Haicang district is beautifully developed with lovely scenery, and shared electric scooters are readily available on the map. The hotel's environment and hygiene are super clean, the rooms are spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. Overall, the check-in experience was exceptionally good, and the value for money is outstanding—highly recommended!

I chose this hotel after reading the reviews, and I was not disappointed. The front desk service was very welcoming as soon as I entered the door. Parking at the door is convenient and free. 👍The decoration is novel, and there is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. It’s great to have meals delivered to the door of your room! The hotel also has a laundry room with washing and drying and a gym with treadmills which are very good. Breakfast is a buffet that combines Chinese and Western cuisine, as well as freshly cooked noodles and stewed wontons, which is so rich! This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in, highly recommended👍

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

Overall, the experience was great! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It's also very close to the Gulangyu ferry terminal. The room was spotless, and I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable during my stay. Check-in was super fast, with no long waits, and the process was simple and smooth. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the service.

The botanical garden went, the beach went, the subway sat, a day to go shopping and eat, haha, to the rhythm of fat death, let the hotel help me arrange a quiet room, return to the hotel, this is close to the community, on the corner, no one passed, very quiet, this front desk arrangement is in place, very powerful, there is a laundry room, I forgot to put it in the drying. Later I got up and saw that the staff had helped to dry the bag and received it. I must like it. I got up early in the morning and I was sleepy. Fortunately, there was an unlimited cup of coffee in the lobby to renew my life. The hotel with a good price/performance ratio was arranged properly and it was recommended to stay.

The room is relatively new, both in terms of decor and furnishings. You need a card to access the lobby elevator, which is very safe. I initially hesitated when I saw the hotel was renovated in 2018, but the result exceeded my expectations. The price is quite good for the price. The room is a bit small, but it has a large balcony. The view from the balcony is a large green space, which is very pleasing to the eye. The shower head has a strong water flow, but the drain is a bit clogged and the water flows slowly, so showering can be a bit soaking. The front desk lady's service is commendable. She always greeted us with a smile, answered every question, and was very friendly. Dining nearby is also quite convenient. Just outside the door are Shaxian snacks and several noodle shops. There's also a Guangdong food stall a few minutes' walk away, which is popular with locals. I stayed an extra night and parked on the roadside nearby for 35 yuan for two nights, which is not bad.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and complete bathroom facilities. The service is warm and attentive, with prompt front desk responses. Breakfast is rich and features local Fujian (Min-nan) specialties. The accompanying pool and gym facilities are comprehensive, offering great value for money. The surrounding area is quiet, and transportation is convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business stays. Overall, the experience was satisfying and highly recommended.

Traveling with my parents, a family of 5, when booking hotels, I had no doubt in choosing the Indigo over the Haimen Hilton. I've always had a soft spot for IHG. And it turns out I made the right choice. From the front desk service to the room service, everything was nice. The breakfast selection was well worth the price. Wendy and David at the front desk were incredibly helpful and even gave us some pleasant surprises – I won't go into detail here. I'll most likely stay here again next time!
