The pillows of Atour are really good 👍 I also bought Atour pillows at home. ❤️The service of the hotel is really considerate. When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.

The moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, staff members, smiling warmly, immediately came to greet me. The check-in process was incredibly efficient, and they thoughtfully offered details on local transport and sightseeing spots, making me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Upon entering the room, the first thing that struck me was its spaciousness. Neither the lounge area, featuring a soft, large bed, nor the well-equipped work area with a desk and chair felt cramped. The large windows offered an expansive view and fantastic natural light. The room was bright and airy throughout the day, which definitely lifted my spirits. The room was fully equipped with all the amenities, including a smart TV, high-speed internet, and a comfortable sofa, completely satisfying all my needs. While breakfast isn't provided by the hotel, the surrounding area boasts a wide array of eateries with something to suit every taste. This actually gave me the perfect opportunity to explore more local specialty breakfast spots. When checking out, the staff warmly asked for my feedback on the stay. This level of attentiveness to guests is truly rare and commendable. Shuyu Hotel, with its excellent service and spacious rooms, truly left a lasting impression on me. For my next trip, this will certainly remain my preferred accommodation, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This little hotel is excellent and at an affordable price , so unbelievable! The location is excellent, about 5 min walk to Bell Tower and another 5 min walk to the Muslim Street for yummy dinner. The subway is also 5 min away, on the same line that goes to Xi’an North train station, so convenient. I asked for a quiet twin-bedded room, and they gave us (2 friends) a spacious and quiet Family Room with 2 huge beds! Not sure why. The electric kettle is actually a high-tech boiler for water from the mineral water bottle. You can set the temperature you want, it’s so cute and convenient. The hair dryer is like Dyson, very nice. I wish the shower cubicle had more hooks though. I also wish the toilet and shower doors were more tinted for privacy. The breakfast is quite nice, the main attraction is the coffee maker! They are generous with fruits - grapes and whole pears. Also yogurt. In the hotel lobby, there is a lady (a “middleman”) who sells tours to various attractions. We bought a day trip to Huashan by bus, and the bus meeting point was just across the road. The price of this tour was really good, it included the shuttle buses and cable way we wanted. But the middleman and bus tour guide only speak Chinese. After some hassle, we managed to communicate via WeChat. This is an amazing App. It will instantly translate from Chinese to English and vice versa! On the day we went to Huashan (have to leave the hotel very early) we asked the hotel to pack our breakfast. They were very kind and packed us 2 breakfast boxes. The hotel reception staff speak a little English, and with Google translate, we had no problems. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to make use of the one free Hanfu outfit which came with our room booking. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's decor really suited my taste; it had a fantastic ambiance. The design was very stylish, with art pieces displayed in the lobby and cozy seating areas tucked away in corners. The bedside wall lamps were a thoughtful touch, providing soft, non-glaring light that was perfect for reading at night. I also want to commend the cleanliness, which is something I value most. The pillow and duvet inserts were of excellent quality, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom glass was sparkling clean, and the front desk even provided considerate items like disposable toilet seat covers and steam eye masks. Overall, this place offers great value for money.

The staff was really considerate. Xiao Wu at the front desk called me in advance to ask if I had any room requirements. The security guard took the initiative to help me carry my luggage. The heating was very sufficient. I didn't even want to leave the hotel on such a cold day in Xi'an. There is also Yunju Six Arts in the lobby where you can experience it. The breakfast was also very good. There was nothing wrong with it. The room was clean and there was no peculiar smell. I went on a trip and saved a bunch of dirty clothes, so I decided on the laundry room. I was not disappointed. The front desk clerk helped me with it. The clothes were washed and delivered to the room, which saved us a lot of time. I give Jinjiang a thumbs up for the service.
