The location of the hotel is not good; too far from the subway (15-20min) and super far of all the touristic attractions of the city.
The reception was always empty and everytime we want to ask something no one was there. They suppose to offer breakfast also but wasn’t true.
The clearness of the room was ok and the bed was particularly amazing, we slept like babies every day.

設施：空調是格力的，有太陽能和電熱水器兩種，房間裏有茶几和沙發，佈局比較緊湊，衞生間是一個長方形的，有吹風機。#衞生沒有窗户的房間，比較潮濕，也容易滋生一些小蟲子，馬桶底部有滲水的情況。#位置交通在新華印刷廠公交站正對面，門口就是公交站，離漢城路地鐵站大概有十來分鐘步行路程。附近有菜市場逛逛，可以買點水蜜桃、西瓜等應季的水果，也可以買點粉嫩的西紅柿，沙瓤的。#服務前台基本上都能聯繫到，聯繫不上可以直接打平台預留的酒店號碼，值班電話不一定能打通。有什麼需求一定給老闆提前説，服務響應需要時間。可以提前寄存行李，房間最早得中午才能收拾出來。#性價比性價比高高的，相比鐘樓附近三四百的快捷酒店，它家的價格相當實惠了，因為今年的西安挺火爆的，懂得都懂。對經費有限的，可以考慮這家。

老闆人都很好，房間用物都很齊全，床真的很軟很舒服，衞生也挺好的，但可能是因為夏天的原因，有點小蟲子，後面要走的時候一個人兩個行李箱有點不好弄下樓，老闆幫忙弄下去的，整體真的很好的

入住酒店前，參觀房間發現房間內地板煙灰多，衞生間馬桶大量銹斑，房間設施陳舊破爛，沒有入住申請退房，店家以各種理由推脱，態度極其惡劣，聯繫平台介入，店家態度強硬，拒絕退房，存在強買強賣現象，體驗極度差。
