Super 8 (Xi'an Lintong Huaqingchi)

Very good value for money, convenient parking right at the door of the hotel, very close to Huaqingchi subway station, convenient shopping, the supermarket is downstairs of the hotel, the sanitary conditions are good, the waiter cleans well

The room was not clean and the facilities were simple. I got up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and there was no electricity. The front desk phone was not connected. The corridor was pitch dark. The elevator had no electricity and could not go downstairs. I had to wait until dawn to ask the front desk about the situation. I didn't see anyone at the front desk. I was about to go back to the room when I heard a ho**** voice saying, "Just put the card down." This scared me. I realized that someone was hiding under the front desk. I asked why the power outage was caused. They said that the relevant depar**ents were overhauling it at night and the power would come back during the day. I asked why they didn't tell the guests about this situation? She said they didn't know either. I asked if your hotel had no backup power supply equipment? She said, "No." I was speechless. (The most terrifying thing is that I didn't see anyone talking to me during the whole process 😱) I think the relevant depar**ents will definitely notify residents and businesses when there is a power outage. As for why the business didn't tell customers why there was a power outage at night, it goes without saying. There was no power at 8 o'clock in the morning, so I had to walk downstairs with my children and luggage, check out, and say goodbye.

The Super 8 Hotel is not as good as a small hotel. It is too low-grade and the conditions are too bad! It is the worst Super 8 Hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never book a Super 8 Hotel again and I will never trust it again!

The room does not match the picture

It's average, the decoration style is old-fashioned, the TV in the room I stayed in was broken and I couldn't watch it, but there was an ashtray, which was good.

Very close to Huaqing Palace, other places are barely acceptable, not as good as other Super 8. Recommended for those who are not picky, but it is better to change to another one if you have higher requirements.

The family room is still okay, there are slippers for bathing, so behave yourself. It is not recommended to buy a standard twin room. The standard twin room we stayed in on the first night was very small, with outdated facilities. The water was noisy. The moment the shower was turned on, a bunch of small flying insects flew out of the sewer outlet, which made it difficult to sleep. I got 5 pimples in one night, they were poisonous ones, and it’s the third day now and they still haven’t gone away.

I had obviously booked a room with four single beds, but I actually asked myself to change it to a three-bed room. Fortunately, I found out early and asked to change it back to a four-bed room. The front desk has an arrogant attitude. I didn't enjoy the early check-in at 10 o'clock. I didn't get a room until almost 12 o'clock. It doesn't matter if the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but at least the hygiene should be clean and there would still be hair on the quilt cover, hey. The sewer drainage in the bathroom is difficult to describe, and the water in the shower fills up the mountain every day.
