老闆和店員很熱情，客棧在景區裏面交通很方便，一開始以為很偏還在太原超市買了點吃的帶過來，沒想到是我多慮了，這邊是一個村莊吃的很多，客棧提供早餐7-9點。門口停車方便且不收費，老闆給我安排好房間下樓請我🍵喝茶吃了小點心，感覺很不錯，以後再來還會選擇這裏！

整體還是比較滿意舒適的，特別是對於旅遊景區還臨近五一假期，衞生和配套，特別是服務還是滿意的。先説優點：地理位置優越，店家服務很好，基本上都可以接送旅客，特別是從五爺廟回去，如果酒店車不來接基本上是沒有出租車可以載客的。贈送的手鍊也很好，服務很貼心，聽我們説有些冷，提前還給配了電暖器，長者小孩還是很受用，也給加了被子，有求必應。服務很和氣，餐廳味道也很可口。至少不用吃路邊攤，同樣貴起碼乾淨便捷，早餐也不錯。應該還有免費茶室，沒時間體驗，整體環境還比較古色古香，圖片真實。
説説建議吧：這個免費導遊是本次行程最大敗筆，自己查查規則就好，這種濃郁的商業安排，去指定人和地點去請香，貴的都可以明搶了。整體都挺彆扭，因為這個對酒店的好印象都大打折扣。如果車預約進不來，其實住宿地點的優勢就不太明顯了，而且假期人多的話基本上很難安排接回來，因為堵車嚴峻。房間還是有點潮氣味道，回來中午本想休息會兒再下山，因為可以享受延遲退房服務，結果中間被阿姨敲了三次門，應該是着急打掃衞生，其實都能理解，也就知趣的早點離店，但是這種所謂攜程的增值服務就是雞肋了。
這家民宿在濃郁的五台山氛圍下已經算不錯了，五台山的體驗感整體沒有預期的那麼好，權當為內需做貢獻吧，也算佛廟功德一件。

酒店到處都充滿了古色古香，精緻而又雅緻，房間乾淨整潔，店主非常熱情，有司機專車接送，導遊小姐姐耐心又細緻，店裡的素食非常好吃，價格也非常實惠，非常適合居住、休閑，下次還會再來！

一進山就碰到下雪了，很美。民宿環境很好，也有停車的地方，一樓有可以泡茶的地方，很清凈，他們家自己做的蘋果乾杏幹很好吃，買了一大包帶回來。還贈送了免費的導遊講解，酒店的素菜餐廳味道也很不錯，看中了民宿的一套書，老闆也割愛賣了，很開心，下次來五台山還會入住！

房間很温馨，地暖供熱特別好，冬天住的話完全不需要擔心夜裡會冷。
每一位服務人員態度都很nice

入住還可以抄經
食堂有素食
整個酒店佈置的很有禪意

淡季入住五台山驚喜遇到非常喜歡的民宿。易安不僅房間乾淨，地暖充足，在屋裡待着特別舒服。而且房間佈置很有雅緻，一進大堂就覺得心靜下來。
此外，易安的素食也很好吃，不管是早餐還是晚餐，都讓我們覺得非常豐盛！
再來還會選擇這裏！

趕上下雪，房間還給我們延期了，時刻關注着高速口的開關。中午到直接去玩了，結果車打滑出不來了，給酒店聯繫還幫忙想辦法。第二天怕我車再出不來，還主動要送我們過去景點，真的非常感謝！很暖心！早餐也很精緻！景點遇到老鄉問我們住哪，説他們那住宿冷的不行，果斷推薦易安，衹是建議咱的温度可以再低兩度😬
