Spring&FswSpring&FswThe hotel's design has a French flair. The lobby is very clean, grand, and stylish. The service is also meticulous and thoughtful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel rooms are very clean and refreshing, and the mattress is very comfortable, making for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast spread is also very rich. The surrounding area offers very convenient access to public transportation via the subway. It's only two or three BTS stops to Paragon and CentralWorld, which is very convenient. Plus, the airport link is right in front of the hotel, also very convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
SprigatitoSprigatitoOverall, I had a good stay at Maison Hotel Bangkok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, and everything generally went smoothly during my stay.
However, I personally don’t feel that the overall experience quite matches a 5-star hotel standard. The room, facilities and overall atmosphere felt quite basic and more comparable to a good 4-star hotel. There wasn’t really that extra level of luxury, attention to detail or premium experience that I would normally expect from a 5-star property.
That said, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay overall, and I would consider staying again if the price is reasonable.

Pros:
1. Location: The complimentary shuttle will take you to the nearest metro station, from where you can go anywhere in the city. You'll have to wait a long time for a taxi. You can use the taxi drivers waiting at the hotel, but their rate is x2.
2. We stayed on the 57th floor, but guests have the option to go up to the very top for free, where the 360-degree platform offers breathtaking views of the city.
3. There are numerous shopping malls and local markets near the hotel for shopping enthusiasts.
Cons: If you plan to dine outside the hotel, you'll need to go into the city, as there's only Indian street food nearby.
Overall, I rate my stay at the hotel as positive.Guest UserGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, and the welcome drink was delicious. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the TV is too small! The service also needs improvement! For example, I was still resting in my room and had only turned on the 'please clean' light. The normal procedure is to knock three times and ask for a response three times before using a key card to enter a guest's room. But here, the cleaning lady just knocked once and then swiped her card to enter my room. That's not very professional!
Dino DouDino DouWe had a great stay at Hansar Hotel with our family. The room was very spacious and well-designed. It was especially convenient travelling with kids, as they could watch TV in the living room while I could relax in the bedroom.
The location is excellent, with a hidden 7-Eleven just a minute’s walk away, which was very handy for snacks and essentials. We also enjoyed being able to walk to CentralWorld shopping mall in about 15 minutes. If you prefer not to walk, booking a Grab is quick and easy, making it convenient to get around Bangkok.
A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. Keeping such a large room spotless is no easy task, but they did an excellent job throughout our stay. Thumbs up to the team for their hard work and attention to detail!
We hope the hotel continues to maintain its excellent standards and keep the property well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit.
Guest UserGuest UserOn Saturday night around 10 PM, there was no water for showering. My daughter waited in the bathtub for nearly 30 minutes and almost caught a cold. When I asked the front desk, they just said the entire building had no water and couldn't offer any other help.
The room's cleanliness was mediocre; there was a lot of dust in the corners. On the first day of check-in, there was trash from the previous guest in the bin, which was surprising for a 4-star hotel.
The front desk staff was polite, but the assistance they could provide was limited.
The convenient location near Asok BTS and Terminal 21 is a plus.
John_1211John_1211I enjoyed my stay at S15. The staff were friendly and supportive. The hotel is close to BTS Asok, Terminal 21, a night market and Korea town (which has some nice restaurants). During my stay I also enjoyed a great massage at the hotel.
The only thing I would ask to improve is the room service. You receive information about food available for order to your room but when I called to order a snack they only had salad available which was unfortunate.Guest UserGuest UserThis is my second stay here, the last time was ten years ago when it was still called Red Planet. The hotel is better maintained than I expected, and the 7-Eleven downstairs is still there.
Taking a Grab Economy from the airport plus tolls cost about CNY 80. The hotel's location is excellent. I'm a good walker, so I could easily reach BTS Chong Nonsi, Sala Daeng, and MRT Silom/Sam Yan on foot.
The hotel doesn't provide toiletries, and the room space is quite limited, something to consider if you have large luggage. Soundproofing is just okay; it's generally quiet at night, but I always wear earplugs to avoid being woken up. One night, a compatriot staying in the next room was talking loudly on the phone.
However, for CNY 200 in such a convenient location, what more could you ask for? I'm perfectly fine with it.

The room is big but no the window is extremely small and close to the next building or can say no window, I don’t even know day or night.
The shuttle bus is a little bit inconvenient, because we need to take the golf cart to the Samala hotel, then transfer to the shuttle bus. Also the way back.
The pictures and details they put on the booking website are misleading. I booked one room which includes the washing machine, but when we checked in, we’d been told there is no washing machine, but they can upgrade for us by changing 1400 Thai Baht per night, Ty more than the price on trip.com, felt tracked.

Environment: There aren't many dining options near the hotel, but it wasn't a problem. It's a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and the hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the subway, which is very convenient!
