I enjoyed staying at the Night Hotel Bangkok. The location of the place is amazing near Asok station, Sukhumvit station and Terminal 21 mall. The location is flexible and is very convenient. The services is beyond amazing and the hotel staff were helpful in every need. I never have I felt better than staying at this hotel. All the hotel stuff spoke English and were helpful and always happy to see you! The breakfast food was amazing and I loved it. The food is on rotation and every day is something new. However I was a bit put down by the amenities they offer. They have a small swimming pool and small gym. Which is not a deal breaker to me. To conclude the hotel was great stay for us and I recommend it for anyone planing to traveling to Bangkok.!

. Glad to be back at Miami Hotel. Such a great renovation and very well designed with charactet. It's all newer facilities including the room. Very impressive. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. They remember us since last visited before the pandamics. The receptionist is polite. Good manners and problem solving especially the filipino lady. Our signature room is much bigger than average with living area and high ceiling. The wifi is strong signal. All new room amenities. Bed is large and comfortable. Our room facing the swimming pool with lots of windows. House keeping does a very good job. Location is great. It's a decent walk to the closest BTS station and subway station. Surrounded with many restaurants and department store shopping center. The hotel itself also offer 7-11 convenience store, money exchange, ATM machines, two restaurants and body&foot massage. Will definitely come back again. Tips: Direct contact with the hotel will be a better price than booking through the app.

This hotel is brand-new, and has immense potential. It's a shame that I have to write this negative review, but I'm hoping it can spur the hotel to do much better in several areas. We discovered this newly built hotel from a local friend and decided to book four nights during the festive season. Upon arrival, the check-in process took much longer than expected. This was in-part due to the poor command of English by most of the staff. We were assigned a room in Tower A and Tower B. Tower A rooms are much more convenient as the pool and gym are located on the same tower. The rooms itself were great, but there were many small issues which hampered the experience during our stay. For example, the shower drain drains water very slowly, resulting in an overflow everytime you take a shower. The water pressure itself was decent but they need to solve the drainage issues, because we had several different rooms during our stay and every room had the same problem. Other than that, the rooms were great. The power points have USB-A and USB-C inlets, so you don't need an adapter when staying at this hotel, a very thoughtful point. Next, the breakfast buffet was decent. Bangkok hotels are famous for their excellent breakfast buffets. I have stayed in countless hotels in Bangkok, and the benchmark continues to be Centara Grand at CentralWorld for breakfast. Samala's breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The great thing is that the dishes are different every day, so you'll never have a boring breakfast. The bad news is that in terms of taste, its not consistent. For example, there was one morning which had Hainanese Chicken Rice served, and I nearly vomited after tasting it. On another day, there was Green Curry Chicken served, and it was amazing. Speaking of breakfast, I want to highlight the excellent service by Mr. Tong, which I believe is the manager of the breakfast service. Mr. Tong was very attentive and checked-in on us to make sure everything was fine. Interestingly, he spoke much better English than half the front desk staff so perhaps he should be there instead! Last but not least, I want to provide some inputs about the service. It was very inconsistent. Most of the staff at the hotel were very friendly, particularly the concierge, which was amazing at making dining reservations and providing recommendations for lunch/dinner. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and I managed to have a good chat with the front desk manager on several occasions. She had a good command of English, together with a woman who appeared fierce but was very friendly, but the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. They had some of the worse English I have ever seen in any hotel. Bangkok is an international tourist destination, and if the front desk can't get English right, it's better they are moved to other parts of the hotel. Hyatt Regency being situated next to BTS Nana is delightfully convenient, with direct access to the hotel on 2/F. Compared to other hotels further down the road near BTS Ari / MRT Sukhumvit, it is less noisy and less crowded, especially with those indulging in the seedy night life. As expected, the staff were all very courteous and attentive, especially at the poolside and the gym. A special mention must be made for the wonderful concierge (Mr. Yo) who has helped in many ways - providing info on local directions, printing out boarding passes, disseminating the do's and don'ts of the neighbourhood, etc.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and this hotel was a bit dated, but the security and front desk staff were friendly. The concierge Mr Nuh helped us a lot. The rooms here are not bad, a bit dated, but no big problem. The toilet is also very clean, there is no free wifi here, and the charging signal is not very good. Our breakfast encountered some problems; the dishes here are not very rich, and the waiter can't understand English! There is no halal option here, but the fruit is still delicious. The breakfast area here shouldn't be so complicated! In addition, this area is very suitable for home travel as there are many residences nearby and close to the road. Robinson and Terminal 5 are nearby. We didn't try the pool, but it was not bad.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The room, bedroom, bathroom was really clean. The food was really good as well. The 2 nights we strayed there was a pool party on top. We could enjoy the pool, tough. Only think we didn’t like was that on the last day it was an out-gate with the electricity so the lifts were not working. Which is ok. But we needed to take all our luggage 15 floors down. A manager on the 15th floor saw us leaving with the suitcases but she didn’t call any staff to help us. They even offered us a drink. Nothing. Only the say sorry, sorry and that’s is. Please next time have an emergency plan designed for the comfort of the guests. Pdta: they gave us a dessert because our honeymoon, which was a good detail.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

The price is very reasonable for the room, we had a short stay of 2 days. We received water and toilet paper every day for each bed and noone entered our room (no room clean or sheet change). Reception was helpful and friendly. The location was fine for us as we like to walk and explore. The Internet speed in our room wasn't good so we didn't use it and we couldn't use the smart tv. The air conditioning outlet was inside the building and inside our bathroom which made that room very hot. Other then this the room was sufficiently comfortable and a good no frills stay.

A friend of mine recommended this hotel to me when I visited Thailand last November 2023. I also highly recommend this boutique hotel for the following reasons: 1. It's just a few steps away from the MRT, so that means staying in this hotel will enable you to save some money on transportation. 2. Clean, orderly and noise-free. My four-day stay was very comfortable. 3. The most important of all, for the time, the staff were very friendly, all smiles all the time, and very helpful. I think it is the nature of Thai people to be gentle and kind, and I really appreciate how I was treated kindly. One time, I was having difficulties talking with the motorcycle driver because he did not understand English that much, and so I asked for help from the receptionist. The receptionist talked to the driver over the app on phone and even walked me to the pick up point a few meters away from the hotel. The driver was unable to pick me up in front of the hotel because of heavy traffic. Also one of the staff let me borrow the plug for cellphones overnight. Lastly, wen I had to leave very early in the morning for the airport, he even helped me get my luggage into the trunk of the Grab taxi. Bedever has made stay in Bangkok much, much better. To the staff, thank you ka mak mak. l I will definitely book my stay here next time!

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Cleanliness in the shower area is a bit off due to stains because not cleaned properly and for the first time of my life, I needed to asked for toothbrush, tooth paste and disposable slippers at the front desk. I had a lunch at the Croom Nishitetsu Bangkok hotel”s restaurant called Daidai. The hotel is very new, clean and centrally located next to Sala Deang Station with only 2 mins walking distance. It provides a very relaxing and cosy place for a meal. Probably the hotel is still relatively new, so I got to enjoyed my meal comfortably in a Zen environment that is very much a Japanese set up. I ordered a salad, a massaman curry with rice and a drinks called Sparling Dai Dai which obviously it is their signature drinks - Ice coffee with orange juice. The drink is something that I would not normally order because I prefer black hot coffee but the weather in Bangkok is too hot, so I tried something different this time and ended up loving the drinks so much as it has a very refreshing taste and gave a boost to my mind. I would come back to try other dishes next time.
