Stayed at this hotel for a week and a few days ago, it was still very pleasant to enter the hotel. The service attitude was very good. Finally, the day before I had to check out, I opened a disposable toothbrush and found that it was dirty. There were a lot of hair on it. I didn’t know what it was. I changed two after the customer service responded. But I kept saying that the cleaning aunt didn’t notice. I didn’t understand how there was a bag wrapped in disposable dental appliances. How could it be a problem to clean the aunt. Even when I was about to rest at night, I found that there were mice in the room. I was alone. I was afraid of insects and these animals. Then I contacted the front desk of the hotel and I confirmed that they had their duty staff to deal with it because I didn't dare to enter the room again, so I waited at the door for the duty staff to go upstairs and began to confirm the specific location of the mouse with me and inspected the room for a circle. I was set to change a room for me, so I moved my things and changed a room. After I arrived at the room, there was still a big psychological shadow. I was afraid of where to come out of a rat. The staff on duty also confirmed that I had not closed the room door when I went out several times. Because the room arranged for me was facing the fire passage, I was very sure that I didn’t go out once. The duty staff who didn’t have the room door. Then I expressed my apologies and sent me a hotel neck guard. In general, it is a newly opened hotel. Some aspects may not pay attention to it. Personally, I would not choose this hotel again.
