Xiaomin and Xiaoliang at the front desk provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

They not only patiently explained the hotel's facilities but also proactively asked about my travel needs, instantly melting away my exhaustion after a long journey. Throughout my stay, whenever I called customer service, the response was always quick and timely. The staff were efficient in resolving any issues, maintaining a friendly yet professional demeanor throughout, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
