Second time stayed here. Everything is great. The place is near metro station and in the city center. Staff is very responsive, sent me a comb by the robot.

Loved staying at this hotel! Very central. Located in one of the most famous shopping streets in Wuhan. Close distance walk to the metro station and best of all the balcony that overlooks the street✨ One thing that needs to be taken care of is the cleanliness of the place. Some things in the room look rusty and very old with a white layer covering it..

Great location! Lots of food and shopping. And I love that there’s a cinema right above the hotel, which made catching a late movie super convenient. The staff were really polite and friendly too. And the balcony is a plus, especially when there was an almost full moon out

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right above a bustling pedestrian street with plenty of local snacks. We booked a suite with a balcony, and sitting out there enjoying the night view was fantastic. It was clean, and the room was spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, it's very close to various attractions and local spots. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Wuhan.

This is literally the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever been to. My wife found a cockroach when I first checked in our room and the room smelled like crap and we were moved to “nicer” room with a window. However it still smelled like molded and disgusting drainage and got so much worse on the second day night, called the front desk and was asked to move AGAIN around 10 PM. We had a lot of stuff to pack however the cleaning lady knocked our door twice in 20minutes to rush us out brushes needed to go home and had to clean the room. It was already super inconvenient for us and instead of helping us to move the luggage’s we were rushed twice and got a call during the 20 mins packing time. Seriously TRAIN your stuff and be respectful! And we should’ve left the first time!!

This stay was great! Xiao Yue at the front desk had a wonderful service attitude. 👍 You can store your luggage at the front desk, and there's a self-serve coffee machine that grinds fresh beans. This hotel truly makes guests feel comfortable, convenient, and valued. The attention to detail really shows.
