Centrally located on the pedestrian street, nice balcony, and convenience store next door. But the lights in the room randomly turned on with motion sensor, the curtain was quite dirty, and the shower head needs to be replaced.

Located at heart of Jiang han road. Easily accessible to all kind of street foods and nearby malls. Staff is very kind and polite. Was given an upgrade to room size after seeking assistance to put up 2 rooms nearer to each other. Very helpful.

The hotel is very near to jianghan pedestrian road. The hotel is clean and the staff very helfull and very nice. My mom phone was left in the room but the staff help us to send the phone to our next trip city. When we go to the wuhan we will back to xugong hotel to stay. Near the hotel have a night market. 小朱

Washing machine not working! Try washing twice waited 9hrs still wet! Asking staff 2 times! Finally they inform spoilt! All my cloth wet not dry..
Staff don’t seem to know!
Overall service staff helpful when approaching.
Room clean BUT got small cockroaches.

It was such a pleasant stay in this 100 years old hotel. The interior is 100% new, clean and stylish. The location is excellent … 3,4 min walk from Jiang Han Road Metro Station exit D on Wuhan’s popular pedestrian zone. Lots of good, big and small local authentic restaurants around the hotel. 15min walk to the famous Han river. If one likes to see the many historical buildings, this hotel would be the excellent choice!

When I arrived I was told that if I gave them a five star rating then I would be given an upgrade room, that's cheeky until I had seen the room? The room I got was small even by chinese standards, it was noisy and the view from the window looked out on middle of the hotel. Nicely furnished, electric curtains, but no instructions on how to turn the heating on( middle of February isn't warm) . I asked to make an international phone call from the hotel and was informed that they didn't have anyway to do it, could do A LOT better if they want to get more international tourists
