This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions. The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues. The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room. The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home. The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan. I strongly recommended it.

It was a wise choice to choose this hotel for the weather during the summer vacation. During the two-day stay, I even felt that the hot summer in August was not that hot. The hotel environment is invincible. The room of Tingtao No. 2 where I stayed was newer, but the driver of the shuttle battery car took us to stroll along the way and introduced that the vegetation environment of Yisuo was better. Sure enough, I must stay in Yisuo next time I come to Wuhan. It feels like I can play in the park for two days. The room decoration is old-fashioned, but the facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich, the service staff is polite and courteous, and has a strong sense of propriety. The explanation of the former residence exhibition hall is also very interesting. The hotel is also very close to Xibo, which is about 8 minutes' walk away. I like this hotel so much. It deserves to be the ceiling of the hotel in the system.

As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The hotel staff also provided clean towels and water, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience. Apart from the gym, another impressive feature was the swimming pool. It was a splendid oasis, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring Wuhan. Throughout my stay, the staff at the Marco Polo Hotel exhibited exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to cater to any needs or inquiries. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone did an outstanding job, ensuring that my stay was unforgettable. Overall, the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the delectable buffet breakfast, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil swimming pool, this hotel surely knows how to pamper its guests. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

A hotel with an excellent location. When we drove to Wuhan, the hotel was at the intersection of Jianghan Road. There was a pier right outside the door. It was at the intersection of a pedestrian street and next to the Tsutaya Bookstore. It was also convenient for eating. You can park your car about 400 meters away from the hotel. Underground Parking Lot. The rooms in the hotel are very clean, the decoration is beautiful, and the price is cost-effective. Will recommend to friends.

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

Great location just in the middle of shopping district and nice bedroom. Definitely will come back to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

We were supposed to stay for 5 days but extended for 6 then 7 days 😁🤭 All of the staff (from the reception to the room service and the pool) were amazing, helpful and very kind. The doorman were so patient with my kid where she wanted to go in and out on the turning door at the entrance 😂. I highly recommend and will always be at that hotel for my next trip in Wuhan ❤️☀️ Oh! And the breakfast is awesome 😍

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

Great stay experience. The room is large, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable, and the linen is of good quality; the view from the high floor is very good, parking is super convenient, and there are plenty of underground parking spaces. Submit the car number to the housekeeper and park for free. The hotel front desk is on the 30th floor. The service staff is friendly and professional. The hotel facilities and services are explained in detail. I would like to thank Xiao Li at the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to order a cup of American coffee. Xiao Li made a cup for us, which was very heartwarming❤️ I will stay here again next time, and I will stay for a few more days.

Xiao Zhang at the front desk has a very good service attitude. He is very proficient in checking in and is very fast. There is no deposit required to check in. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. The hotel is warm, the room is clean and sanitary, and there are many green plants at the door! We also gave the children slippers and toothbrushes. Seeing that they had children and luggage, they thoughtfully sent them to the room. It felt great to stay in
