The environment and traffic location are good. There is an indoor parking lot. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. The California State Capitol is diagonally opposite. I can see the dome of the Capitol Building from the window of my room, but the balcony door can only be opened. A seam. There are many restaurants around the hotel, but they close early. It is very convenient to find food on Google Maps. In terms of hygiene, you can see it at a glance when you look at the pictures. I also discovered it by accident, and I was immediately disgusted. I called the front desk, and the front desk sent a room attendant to check. No other intentions, I just don't think it deserves the reputation of a five-star hotel. It's better to ask the room manager to take a look. It's definitely not that the toilet in this room is so dirty, but from the beginning to the end, the hotel didn't send anyone to check it until we left. No apology whatsoever. The faucet of the washbasin is also of a "slim water flow" type, and I feel that there is not enough water to wash my face. Well, not much to say, I hope I am not wasting my words.

The hotel is great. Everything well from checking in with Marilyn, to the cleanliness of the room. I would simply recommend that if you need a good night's sleep, request a room that does not overlook the swimming pool area. Even on a Sunday night, there was a group of people still really loud at 1:30 a.m.

Great location and amenities. The room was nice and spacious, and the pool and hot tub were great. My only complaint, and why I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness, is because you really need to clean the windowsills and corners of them.

It would have been nice if we weren’t next to teenage volleyball players screaming and slamming doors all night. I hate when hotels don’t take into account where they put people. We were there for our 10 year anniversary.

When we checked in the guest service representative seemed uninterested to greet us, cater to us or anything. She didn’t give us any information about the hotel (I.e. pool hours, breakfast, etc.) when asked a question she responded rudely.
Other than that everyone else was great and the service excellent. The room is a bit outdated and there weren’t amenities in the bathroom. There is noise coming from the parking lot or surrounding area. You can hear others.

Everything was nice except for the extreme noise all night. I understand they were power washing the parking garage outside our room all night and into the wee hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep.
