1.酒店所處位置環境很差，酒店門口就是垃圾分類中轉站，2.酒店門口衹有三個停車位，停車不方便；3.房間空調機像拖拉機一樣，嗡嗡響，開空調睡覺，頭都是大的，要前台換房，就是不換，她認為開空調就是這樣，沒有服務意識，網上下單，睡不睡的舒服那是你的事，反正錢已付，愛咋咋地！4.賓館處於甌海大道高架旁邊，相距29米，高架下面三叉路口處，衹有車過，除了噪音，睡在床上像地震一樣，實不時地就搖晃！總之我在這裏住，就像住在工廠車間作業一樣，空調的轟鳴伴隨着振動，讓你徹夜難眠！
