My eighth stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeshore was just as exceptional as the first. If you are looking for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of KL without driving for hours, DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeshore is an absolute gem. I recently stayed here and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeshore is truly a hidden gem that offers the ultimate serene getaway, characterized by a calming atmosphere and a breathtakingly picturesque view of the lake. From the moment you arrive, the hospitality is exceptional across the board; the security guards are welcoming, the receptionists are professional and warm, and the housekeeping team maintains the rooms to a spotless, impeccable standard. The entire resort exudes a peaceful, world-class vibe with top-tier facilities—including the fantastic splash pool and well-equipped gym—making it the perfect "best" staycation spot for anyone looking to recharge in a clean, beautiful, and quiet environment.

Overall, I would rate this hotel 3.5⭐️ — decent stay but with room for improvement. Pros: - The room design is well thought out, with a spacious layout. There’s plenty of space for both relaxing and moving around comfortably. - The kids’ pool is great and enjoyable, especially for families. Cons: - The breakfast selection was quite limited, though this might be due to it being a weekday. - Surprisingly, the hotel does not provide a wine opener, which is quite inconvenient. - There was a safety issue in the bathroom — a metal ***** near the door entrance was sticking up. I reported this to the staff, and although they mentioned compensation (a room upgrade for the next stay), I never received any follow-up email. This raises some concern regarding both safety and service reliability. - The air conditioning in the room was not effective. It felt warm at night and I woke up feeling uncomfortable. Since the air conditioning is sensor-based and turns off when you leave the room, it becomes very hot by the time you return. Summary: A comfortable and well-designed room with good family-friendly facilities, but service consistency, maintenance, and comfort (especially air conditioning) need improvement.

Nice complimentary cookies upon check in. The king bed is hugeeeee. All amenities provided you probably dont have to worry much about packing. If you drive there need to make sure you bring your parking card up else you might need to go back & forth parking to concierge to validate em. Note there’s a lot of walking but view was nice for some healing time. Breakfast were amazing, my fav was the crispy waffles. The splash pool are designated for kids, so adults you are there to supervise, please be aware of signs. Altho i would recommend to put weight limit for slides for safety purpose. Some adults might identify themself as a child.

The hotel has many unique malaysian design. And sits on a massive huge acres of land. With a lot of facilities such as swimming pool and bike for family recreation.

A very worthwhile 3 days 2 nights family vacation. The facilities are complete, the view is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff provide excellent service. This is our 4th stay at the same hotel, and we will definitely come back again.

we like the splash pool so much, it's very fun for kids, overall it is satisfied during my stay.

Breakfast was sooooo good, friendly staff, nice room but need to improve the toilet cleanliness. Complete amenities, 👍 kids club a bit crowded especially during school holiday, but kids enjoy the pool and slide. Overall its a memorable staycation with the kids.

Good room with cosy beds and pillows. Great service as the staff were all friendly and attentive to our family needs. Love the idea of their customer service using WhatsApp for any hotel requests or emergency needs. The only downside is the location which is far from any 24/7 marts, and the room that we stayed in has lots of crawling ants aiming for any sweet beverage left on the tables.
