Hotel and rooms were excellent, location top at the station in front of the city. The only disadvantage was that there was no air conditioning in the room.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

Spotless rooms with very nice toiletries. Only negative issue was the service in the reception. Hardly any smiles, you do not get a feeling that you are welcomed. I received a wrong invoice with a name of another customer when I rented a bike. However, the bike rental is otherwise very easy and the bikes are a good quality. If the weather allows I recommend to cycle to your destination. Excellent breakfast with a variety of gluten free and vegan options. You may also have a custom-made omelet.

CONs: - Sink in the bathroom is all cracked and ugly (looks really old) - Half of the lights didn't work - Noisy construction going on outside and ventilation gap on the window cannot be closed to reduce the noise - weird smell (like old people's home) in the hallway, luckily no such smell in the room - no fridge in the room PROs: - we arrived 2 hours earlier, but were allowed to the room right away - nice restaurant with beautiful view - price was very competitive

Had a great experience at the hotel and spa. All the staff is very friendly as well. You get a welcome drink upon checking in. The room was nice and spacious and was nicely decorated. The entry to the spa is included when you stay at the hotel. On a Saturday afternoon it was rather busy but is still enjoyable and calms down towards the evening. The outdoor saunas were really nice and you have a nice view from there of the garden. We had a full body massage as well which felt like heaven.

Originally this was quite good. The breakfast was rich and allowed to take out. It was worth the money, but the room was facing the street and the traffic was very noisy. The most unbearable thing was the shower. The cubicle was too small to turn around. Photos The one above is also worthy of a shower? ! The drizzle of water is still high above, and it depends on the reflection of the wall to wet the body. Can this be considered a bath?

The space is large and the scenery is beautiful, but the blond waiter at the front desk is not friendly enough and very impatient. Inquiries about the train station were ignorant, but the other waiters were very good, and finally learned about swimming.

The hotel has a good room, relatively small but good beds 2 cushions p.p. coffee/tea/water in the bathroom. Good range for breakfast and top location at the central station of Den Haag.

Good hotel. For service 2. Since they do not accept cash for any services. The inability to pay in a convenient way is an obvious minus. It is unfortunate that many hotels and organizations go for it.
