Park Hyatt Vienna

Nice hotel, well-furnished and warm services, would consider stay here again next time.

Park Hyatt Vienna is in the city center, at the edge of the pedestrian only area. We went during Christmas, and there was a Christmas Market right across from the hotel. We booked the Deluxe King room. Overall, it was a great room and very spacious. We paid extra for a view room, hoping to get a view of the front plaza, but instead we were stuck with a side building view. The room was fairly big (for European standards) and had a huge bathroom with a heated floor and rain shower. The hotel used Le Labo luxury soap products. Throughout our stay we had some issues with the TV and the Lighting. We would constantly not get signal for the television channels and our lights would randomly turn off every few minutes. Each time this happened, the front desk promptly called someone to take a look. Although we had those two minor issues, it is something to take note given we are paying $900+ per night. I also would’ve wished that the turndown service could be more enhanced. Really, the only thing they did for turndown was close the curtains while other hotels open the sheets, pour a drink, dim the lights, play background music on the clock radio, etc. Overall, value for money was just “okay”. Could be better but service and cleanliness was perfect.

Maybe the best hotel we have ever stay at. The service was professional, attentive, and very welcoming. Our 2 bedroom suite was far better than the website pictures. It was large, beautifully decorated and quiet.

Our stay at Park Hyatt Vienna exceeded our expectations in every way. Ideally located near the sites we wishes to visit and convenient to excellent restaurants,it was relaxing to escape the hustle and bustle at night and retire to our luxurious room.

All fine and excellent but we asked 4(!) times for a different bed type. Everytime we were told that this would be no problem. However, nothing happened. 4 times! Absolutely unacceptable.

The elegant Park Hyatt Vienna is a sumptuous, welcoming hotel. Stayed 4 nights. All the staff are helpful and charming. The food is great. The rooms and the bedding are wonderful. The spa and pool are lovely.

Spent 5 days/4 nights at the PH Vienna and it was *outstanding*. The rooms were glorious. the customer service was excellent, the facilities were marvelous, and the food was divine. My entire family, including the kids, absolutely loved it and were sad to leave. While all the staff were fantastic, a few special shout outs. First, Oliver in reservations crafted a great room situation for us with a Park Suite for my wife & I connected to a Twin Deluxe for our two kids. Second, Maria at the front desk was a delight. Always smiling, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Third, Stephen the bellman/valent was quick to offer a hand, but more than that, he was a joy to be around. He was very personable, gave little gifts to our kids, and made us all laugh. Those are just a few that come to mind, but honestly all of the bellmen, restaurant staff, concierges, etc. were great. The service was truly a level above anything we've experienced at other hotels. As to the hotel itself, it's in a great location in the historic heart of Vienna and surrounded by great shopping and restaurants It's also just a short walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg, the Graben, and other important sites. The rooms were luxuriously appointed, the fitness room was very well-equipped, the indoor pool was great, and the daily breakfast buffet was top-notch. Overall, I cannot recommend Park Hyatt Vienna. If you're on the fence about staying there or another hotel, it's worth the splurge and will take your visit to another level.

The hotel was extremely nice. The room was absolutely amazing - the best shower we’ve ever had in a hotel! We really liked the location. Walkable to everything, but not surrounded by tourists.
