Lou & Chloe always greet me with a smile and have time for a chat even though I arrive late … it’s a pleasure to see them after my long drive & they remember me which makes me feel seen. The rooms are always clean, the beds are so comfy. I particularly like staying in the premier plus rooms for the coffee machine and chocolates - a little bit of luxury.

Lovely team on reception, Chloe and Lou! Such an easy check in. So friendly and such a lovely welcome after a long day. Nice prem plus room with all the benefits, comfortable and clean! All the facilities and great air con - needed!! Would stay again!

Lou was absolutely fantastic, the many times we went to ask for something nothing was ever too much! She was brilliant with our daughter and such a lovely person! She ensured we had everything we needed and when we couldn’t get in for food at the pub opposite told us where to go! It just shows there is still customer service out there!

Said I'd booked for 2 adults for 9th September 2024 when In KNOW I booked 1 adult for 9th May 2024. After ripping me off for another £40 receptionist said they had problems with their website

The receptionist that checked us in wasn’t friendly or helpful. They were very automated in their approach and when I asked if we could have rooms near each other as we were a party of 5 with 3 young children they said they would check. It was very quick and she said it wasn’t possible and we were in rooms that were in separate buildings. It was the very definition of “computer says no.” It was a shame as the rest of the stay was as expected.

We had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in a premier plus room at Uttoxeter. The room was exceptionally clean and stylish. It had an amazing rainfall shower in the bathroom, air conditioning, a personal coffee machine and a fridge too. Lou and Chloe were amazing they helped us out whenever we needed them. See you next year!!

First went here on Sunday 28th April 2024 which was great, a little expensive but good food, excellent service and a**osphere. As a result booked our wedding anniversary for evening 2nd May. Unbelievably disappointed and perturbed. £92 for a 2 course meal where everything was additional and incredibly meagre with no a**osphere. My wife was very upset and we had a proper meal when we got home. Don't eat here mid week.

First impressions were very good - Greeted by very Friendly, Lovely Informative staff (Lou and Ellie), My room was very comfortable and dinning option was very convenient - This was a business stay But I would happily stay again and recommend to others.......

Our visit was to say farewell to a family member and location & ease of getting there was paramount, We knew from a previous visit that it was ideal for us again this visit.
