My company booked this for me during a business trip. They have free parking which was good as I rented a car from the airport. I arrived early and they told me that they can give me a room if I didn't mind the walk as it was a bit far from the elevator. Since I was already exhausted from the plane ride, I accepted so I can rest a bit before going to the office. The short lady who welcomed me was very nice, spoke good english and made the check in as smooth as possible. The room was functional but a bit run down, dirty and the design was a bit weird. Plus the carpets had stains on them as if there was someone who was stabbed in that room. Unfortunately, it was the only hotel near our office so I ignored these imperfections. After a day at work, I went up to the room and realized that the walk was indeed troublesome especially if you forgot something in the room and have to go back and forth, so I asked reception to move me to a room closer to the elevator, to which they promptly obliged to. They told me to leave my bags and they will move them for me. Very nice and unexpected for a 3 star property. They moved me to a much cleaner room, but you can still see wear and tear but I was there to sleep and work so I just settled with it. Due to the covid restrictions, they stopped the daily cleaning and you had to ask for it if you want your room cleaned. And since they didn't have the daily cleaning, the complimentary water wasn't refilled either. It wasn't a problem as you can easily ask from the reception to give you one. Their Breakfast buffet was good and the dining area was quite clean and well kept. The wifi was awful though. I got disconnected multiple times but the staff were nice enough to share another internet router I can connect too which wasn't too saturated. Overall, it was an ok stay, although I wouldn't really stay there if I was on vacation. But if you are on a work trip or just passing by the area, this hotel would suffice as it is functional and affordable.

Very good location in the middle of the place, very good transport connection. Renoved 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Very clean and conveniently equipped. The soap container in the bathroom at the washing venue was unfortunately completely empty, so we had to take the shower gel out of the shower. We did not object to this, but only informed it when checking out. A water cooker with instant coffee and/or tea would have been nice. The breakfast was very delicious and rich. The staff was courteous, but rather distant. We had forgotten to log in to breakfast two of our children who stayed elsewhere nearby. We ask to apologize for this many times, but especially our children were somewhat scared when the competent lady responded somewhat inappropriately to it in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, the hotel was not bookable without breakfast, what we would otherwise have done. For our smallest who paid breakfast, the buffet is not worth it anyway, because it hardly eats anything. The ‘seam order' is not likely to have been seriously affected. The next time we will avoid competing again. All was fine there a week ago. However, a comparison was worth it.

My company booked this hotel as the usual hotel we usually stay in was already fully booked. The hotel is situated in a very nice location, right in the center of the city just a couple meters away from the main square. Check in was quick, I was given a traditional key and not a key card like what most hotels have nowadays but it didn't bother me and I think it even adds to the charm. The elevator was quite small and the halls were a bit dark but the room was clean, spacious and functional. The bed was not the most comfortable though but my room had a nice view of the street below. They have paid secure parking, although you will not really need your car as the hotel is an easy walk from shops, restaurants, etc... Breakfast was OK, not too much options. Overall, nothing exceptional although the ambiance and the quaint traditional decor of this boutique hotel gives it a better feel than similar category hotels in the area.
