"Just WOW, so you want a real Japanese ryokan experience? That includes a big (really big) Japanese breakfast, which was really delicious, too big to mention everything. The tatami room was really beautiful and everything you need. And don't forget the Japanese bath (ofuro, that is shared) which was really relaxing. The owner is really nice, too nice and she really tries the help you anyway she can. I have heard that they offer a really nice diner also but that's not included in the price. So if you want to enjoy Tsuwano a little bit more, in a really Japanese way, this is the place to stay."

"Both the service and the ambiance exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the station, and they offer bicycle rentals nearby. The couple who own the bike shop were also incredibly kind, allowing me to go to the supermarket even though I was late. The cashier at the supermarket was also incredibly helpful, returning my jacket I left there at lunch. It was a truly rewarding experience bringing my children to experience the Japanese family lifestyle. The breakfast and dinner prepared by the owner were both delicious and exquisite. The sashimi for dinner was fresh, the mini sukiyaki was fantastic, and for breakfast, I even had luxurious fruits (in Japan): watermelon and zucchini. I recommend visiting on weekends, as you can see the steam train and there might be events going on at the shrine."

"The facilities are very old. The bathroom and shower were filthy with a strong smell of urine. We didn't even dare to shower. And the microwave... it hasn't been cleaned in years. They don't provide bath towels; you have to rent them. We wouldn't stay here again. The only good thing was the free parking."

"It's close to the station. The inn staff were kind and friendly. They even held our luggage for us. Breakfast was provided and delicious. The tatami room made it feel like we were at our family home in the countryside, and we were able to relax. The bathroom and toilet were not in the room and were shared. The bathtub was large and had something like bath salts in it, which helped relieve our fatigue. It was a shame that the paperwork above the fluorescent light in the bathroom and the window frames were dirty."

"It was a very casual hotel to stay at. When you check in, as you enter the hotel entrance, the room key is placed in front of the counter on the right. All you have to do is take the room key with your name on it and enter the room. When checking out, you just leave the room key there and leave. I met the staff at breakfast and when checking out, and they were very friendly and helpful."
