Poor service, stuff keeps smiling and apologizing but not sincere. Wanting us to eat early. Dinner at 5 pm. . Room was dirty and sticky. It the worst Ryokan I ever stayed. The only good thing is they have private onsen for couples or family. I wouldn’t recommend this Ryokan to any friends.

口コミを期待して行きましたが、大満足とはなりませんでした。 ロビーが狭くてチェックイン時間帯は混雑で 待つ場所が有りません。また、テキパキとした対応では ない為、待ち時間が長かった。チェックイン終了後色浴衣を選ぶのですが、チェックインが混雑しているので、 浴衣選びも必然的に長く待ちます。 ロビー?で面接をしておられて、ちょっと気を使いました。せめて事務所等、お客さんの目に入らない場所の方がいいんじゃないかと思いました。 お部屋も値段が安いので、この程度かと思いますが 清潔感は感じられませんでした。 家族風呂は種類が多く、空いていれば入れるので 便利でした。 食事の品数は多いですが、味は、、。 全体的に一度の訪問で充分です。
