DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf

There was still a lot of construction happening. It is pretty close to the metro line for sure. The pool area was a little small and it was way too crowded. Our room was pretty standard. It is the kind of hotel where you pay for what you get.

Overall, our experience was okay. Unfortunately, our first night was disrupted by loud noise from the adjacent room early in the morning. I had to contact reception at 4 a.m. to request a room transfer, which was granted promptly. They also kindly extended our 3-day stay with a late check-out until 4 p.m. I would like to thank Mr. Sean at reception for being very accommodating and for trying to compensate for the inconvenience by extending our check-out and waiving the charges for our three drinks at the pool bar. The location and accessibility are excellent—definitely 5 stars. However, the food could be improved with more variety. During our two-night stay, the breakfast and dinner offerings were mostly the same. Looking forward to seeing more improvements in the future.

Takes a while in the check in but the staff are nice enough to handle it.

the room i booked is a “King Size Bed with Sofa Bed”, quite spacious and modern style, and it is 15mins far from DXB airport

i stayed in room 201 with my colleague to spend the night due to heavy rain. The Tv was not working, their technician has to glue the network cable in order to work. When we open the faucet at the washroom, dirty water comes out.. it took few minutes to somehow to become usable.. still yellowish

I recently had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton and wanted to share how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk who assisted me during check-in. She was incredibly professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. She handled everything smoothly, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the whole process effortless. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really set the tone for a great stay. The overall hospitality, comfort, and service at the hotel were excellent, and experiences like this truly make a difference. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely look forward to staying again in the future
