Hotel a little high up for those who don't like hills 😁 otherwise everything is ok except perhaps in the evening when some people don't respect others (slamming doors, children in the corridors screaming) but hey it's the life in community.
Very welcoming staff, very clean.
Be careful if you rent a car that is difficult to park.

Very good stay, location, facilities and iodine very good, the only drawback was that we went 1 day without shower gel, when cleaning they did not take note of this.

Just home from a wonderful stay. We arrived at 11am but had to wait until 230 for our room to be ready. The reception staff were lovely though and offered two other lower floor rooms but we decided to wait for our 5th floor room so got comfortable by the pool. The room was perfect for us as we didn't plan to spend much time in it. It was clean and had a fridge. We loved the food. Great variety and options and a great snack bar too. We were all inclusive so had all our food included and soft drinks. All inclusive was restricted due to law which didn't impact our stay but the 3 drinks at lunch and dinner wasn't great. (Plus who can drink 3 drinks in one sitting in the restaurant!) They were on tap and not particularly nice. We thought it would work better to have a stamp card or tokens so you can access drinks from the bar throughout the day or during the evening entertainment. The entertainment was ok but they didn't promote the activities particularly well and didn't follow the timetable or meet the times advertised. They had the interest but didn't quite meet the standard. That being said, we had a great holiday and would return as the location is perfect and the pools were lovely. Great atmosphere and lovely staff.

Just returned from a 7 night stay and overall found our experience good for the price we paid. The hotel is clean and tidy, however we found our bed was uncomfortable and the aircon was non existent, just mild air. Our room was cleaned everyday which we were very happy about. Pool area nice and kept clean with members of staff constantly going round picking up empty cups etc. The staff were all lovely and attentive. The location was great, 3 min walk to Palma Nova sea front. Lovely promenade to walk along Palma nova beach. Also about 3 min walk to Magaluf. The food was average, more 3* than 4*. Basic and some nights quite bland and luke warm. Restaurant was loud and hectic with lots of kids but it was half term.. Overall this hotel is great for a cheap get away and we would come again for the same price.

Great staff especially valentine and juan amazing entertainment and very hygienic not far from the beach and loads of shops and the food is very good as it works for all types of palates would defo come again for even a family holiday it is perfect for kids aswell

Amazing staff and great people. The rooms and hotel are all very clean and nice. Great entertainment and all round amazing experience. I had the most amazing time and definitely one I won’t forget. Just a short walk from the beach as well about 4 minutes walk!

Just returned from here after a long weekend,for the second time. Everything was spot on,it was clean,staff were all great and helpful. The only thing we found different was the food at lunchtime,wasn't as good as last year,but breakfast ,snack bar and evening meals were OK.

Another great fun stay at this hotel.great choice of food.very clean.great fun daily entertainment. Adult and children pools.staff are lovely and friendly. A big thankyou to Tomas and Jose working behind the bar who are more like friends to us!!also you have valentine who does the entertainment,what a brilliant,fun loving beautiful hard working man!!valentine made my holiday if you visit this hotel you will definitely love him he is a credit to this hotel!!been here 5 times now and looking forward to returning soon!!

Great place for familys great food and very clean pools are great and football pitch is good for kids 5mins to beach and magaluf beautiful place staff are so nice at hotel very helpful aswell shops are across the road and the boat trip is worth every penny for day out and take in the views
