We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Tokyo Tamachi

Shinagawa Tokyo|1.6km from Rainbow Bridge
It is a group hotel of Shizuoka Railway as the name just opened in 20/7/3. Naturally, the building and the room are very clean (^^) d Because there are few foreign travelers, the carry case is hit and the cross is not dirty. The room is unified in wood style and can stay calmly . 17.3㎡ and spread in this class hotel. TV is 43 inches made of TOSHIBA! LED desk lights have one USB port and somehow wireless charging function. The bedboard has an outlet and USB port 1, Each lighting switch is available. There is a humidifier made of Sharp. The hot pot is made of tiger. Wireless LAN and WiFi are free! The refrigerator is made of Toshiba. It is well stored in integration with the desk. In the refrigerator, a natural water bottle of Mt. Fuji called 「 Ichi Fuji 」 was cooled by one service. There is a folding luggage. The best recommendation of this hotel is the bathroom with a washroom, It is divided into toilets and washrooms. 3F Get a bathing agent at the amenities corner of the front lobby, and if you soak slowly in the bathtub, you will blow away your fatigue at once. 5F and 7F have ice making machines, vending machines, microwave ovens, and 6F have coin laundry. 3F amenities corners have various skin care items, bathing agents, shaver, I take body towels and so on for the amount I need. It is a company in Shizuoka that there is a tea bag of kakegawa tea in the drink amenities in the room! I went to drink in the morning (^^) d Just a little unfortunate that the slippers in the room were washable type and there was no disposable one. I don't care if it's a corona. The window is large and can be opened and closed. From the room, I saw the Tawaman group in Shibaura Island. The elevator is a security elevator that doesn't move unless the card key is swallowed. If you leave your luggage before check-in, you can carry it to the room in advance. I was able to. The electric railway system in the metropolitan area (Aitetsu Fressa, Keio Presso, Tokyu REI, Keikyu ex) feels like a business trip businessman, but this is a city hotel with facilities and services It is a Miam business hotel. It was a great satisfaction stay. I want to stay again.

Great location right next to the station and nice see view even though on lower floor. Big room size but no espresso coffee machine unlike Nikko hotel next door. Breakfast varieties okay and free welcome drink station for hotel guests.
Hotel Gracery Tokyo Tamachi

Hotel Gracery offers a delightful stay with its clean, albeit small, rooms and exceptional staff professionalism. The location is a true gem, being conveniently near to tourist attractions yet nestled in a quieter locale for a peaceful retreat. An admirable highlight was the eco-friendly purified water dispenser, a thoughtful and appreciated convenience. The only drawback, a single laundry machine, posed minor waiting times, indicating an area for possible improvement. Despite the minor hiccup, the hotel's superb location and high-quality service make it a highly recommended choice for any Tokyo visitor.

Had a very satisfying 7 nights stay. Location is very convenient beside a monorail station and near two huge malls. Theres a convenience store right below which is very helpful. Room and toilet quite clean. Only complaint is the soundproof of the hotel, as they had an event at the open space near the hotel but it can still be heard even from a high level.. but thankfully it wasnt too noisy. Recommended to chill at the viewing lounge as the view is amazing.

Great affordable hotel that is 5-7 min walk to JR train station. ATMs and convenience store are available around the hotels (family mart & lawson) Would recommend this hotel. Complete toiletries and staffs are friendly but none of them can speak English. Google translate helps a lot. Self check-out and baggage storage is available.
