3/ 5I have specific asked for 2 extra pillows when I made the booking of a triple room for 3 nights. And there is no extra pillow available when I check in the hotel. The standard pillow is too soft for me to sleep, so I had 3 bad nights during my stay. I think extra pillows is not something very special, but the hotel cannot provide even I have asked in advance. So, I am not sure if I should go back.

It was a nice Hotel in the heart of Tokyo in Toyosu. Had a splendid time.Also The staff were quite helpful specifically Paras Gurung .He was nice to every costumer including me. Thank you for your nice service,
