Lovely family run hotel, with pleasant and helpful staff. Less than 100m to bus stop and slopes. Buffet breakfast was good, with lots of choice, room was small but comfortable, we were upgraded to a lake view as the hotel wasn't that busy at the end of the season. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna was a real bonus, great to relax after a day on skis. We would definitely return !

Despite visiting Tignes over the last 30 years I had never been in this hotel until this year. It's very welcoming and old style Savoyard with great views over the Tignes lake and Lavachet wall. The bar area is very cosy and the service good.

The stay overall stay has been fine for a ski week with friends. But one would expect plentiful hot water at the end of the day. This wasn't possible. Wait a while, try a cold shower? Please sort this out.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. Whilst the rooms, reception etc. are all very attractive the food is indifferent and the enforcement of mask wearing is quite aggressive. The breakfasts are good but the only thing good at dinner are the home made soups. Despite being on Demi pension the restaurant was closed completely one night and then the following night only offered a one course - Saboyarde speciality - no starter or dessert. The other meals have all been disappointingly tasteless - not what one expects from French cuisine. I was accosted by an otherwise very pleasant young man for not wearing a mask between my bar table and the bar - at breakfast I was admonished for not wearing a mask whilst moving between my table and the buffet - more like the Gendarmes than charming hotel employees. I appreciate the mask wearing rules but their enforcement in this hotel is out of order.

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur du village de Tignes le Lac et aux pieds des pistes. Ambiance montagne très agréable avec un bar et un salon très cosy, idéal pour les soirées en famille. Les chambres sont assez grandes (24 et 25) avec de belles terrasses avec vue sur la station. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Local à ski très bien équipé. Une excellente adresse pour un séjour à Tignes. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Un des derniers hôtel à vous offrir l'esprit montagnard dans la station de Tignes Le Lac. au niveau de l'accueil, de la qualité de l'environnement directement accessible, du sens du service et de l'écoute " Client ", de l'ambiance conviviable, sans oublier l'excellent petit déjeuner. Magnifique vue depuis le balcon de la chambre face à la montagne et à Val Claret. Sentiment de liberté et de bien-être.

Hôtel situé dans le centre de la station. Chambre avec vue lac très sympa (vaste terrasse). Accueil parfait . Décoration intérieure branchée ski . Vaste salle de restaurant et beau bar mais malheureusement le service restaurant est définitivement arrêté. Petit déjeuner correct (pas de fruits..) .

Accueil très sympa MAIS : - chambre au 3e (ascenseur jusqu'au 2e) - 6 m2 + WC + SdB minuscules - WC si petits que les genoux touchent la porte !!! Eau dans toute la salle de bain (même en faisant TRES attention) après la douche Le 1er soir, au retour du restaurant à 21h40, on se pose dans un coin du très joli bar pour prendre un petit after. Le barman nous hèle à bonne distance pour nous dire : "A 22 heures, je ferme !". Pour bien situer la chose, c'est w-e de Pâques et pas la super basse saison !!! Le 2e jour, au retour du ski à 17h00, la chambre n'est pas faite. Donc, en attendant, passage au jacuzzi, très joli mais où des crochets pour pendre les peignoirs auraient été de circonstance ! On remonte se changer et décidons de prendre un apéro au bar. D'autres clients ont visiblement la même idée mais après 25 minutes de veine attente, on s'en va prendre l'apéro au restaurant. Prix de la nuitée pour ce soit-disant 3 étoiles : 200 Euros. Scandaleux !!! Christian Forgnone, Thônex, Suisse
