At the Narada Hotel, right next to East Zhengzhou High Speed Rail, I found a comforting haven. The rooms feel like a chic home away from home. But what impressed me most was the extraordinary front desk team. They went above and beyond, ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. It's not just a hotel - it's a delightful experience.

非常滿意這次住宿經歷，工作人員真的很友好和熱心。房間內的設施齊全，感覺就像在家一樣，位置優越，交通方便，離地鐵高鐵距離都不遠，前台小姐姐Emma給升級了房間，還介紹了周邊逛街吃飯的地方，非常實用。真的是物超所值，下次一定還會再來！

元旦入住了鄭州君瀾大酒店，整體的體驗很好，服務十分周到，凌晨兩點入住的酒店還得到了很好的接待，因為入住的比較晚了，第二天還給我們提供了延遲退房的服務，房間安靜大氣，床墊乾淨舒適。很符合我對君瀾酒店集團一貫的好印象。

這家酒店地理位置很好，交通非常便利。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，設施也很新。服務人員非常專業和友好，為我們提供了很好的入住體驗。因為一些特殊情況，所以當天需要延遲退房至五點，本身是需要加收半天房費的，前台的小夢幫我申請免費延遲退房了，非常感謝她，另外，酒店早餐也特別豐盛，強烈推薦

酒店很不錯啊，餐廳菜品還蠻豐富的，服務也很好，入住是前廳小楊經理接待的面帶微笑，讓人很開心，送我到了電梯口，很專業詳細介紹了酒店和周圍的環境，臨時需要冰塊小楊經理幫我及時送了過來，酒店小冰箱製冷温度不夠麻煩小楊經理幫我送餐廳冰了喝着冰飲料非常舒服，給她説我一大早要去趕高鐵，她特地留了我的發票訊息發到我的郵箱，真是細心周到，感謝讓我省了不少心。再説説房間，不愧是國際連鎖品牌旗下的還是新裝修的環境真的很不錯乾淨整潔舒適，床很大很舒服窗外可以看見熊兒河夜景非常美麗，作為一個經常出差的人住過大大小小的酒店君瀾酒店給我的印象整體很不錯，總之很舒服的一次住房體驗

最近出差挺多 酒店小住一晚 總體感覺還不錯 君瀾的品質還是有保障 唯一不滿意的就是前台入住 人到了前台站了幾分鐘 前台小姐完全無視根本沒人搭理你 更無語的是過了會後麪來的一個大爺居然就這樣插了我的隊 入住時幾乎就沒有客人 不知道前台的兩位小姐在幹什麼 完全沒有眼力勁
早餐挺豐富 花樣多 味道好 胡辣湯好評
