Personally, I think it is the best hotel in Fumei. The rooms are all like small villas. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and tidy. The swimming pool is also very beautiful. The greenery is also very good. The staff are friendly and service-friendly. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high! highly recommended!

Covid-19 affects 1 and others, the restaurants were closed, few guests but yet they made it comfortable and the hotel was all in Christmas. I had a room at the 11th floor. The room is very spacious and has all the facilities, spacious bathroom, enough casting room and a well-usable desk with stop contact. However, the 11th floor has its disturbances, the wind is swept around the hotel. The hotel is also located on a T crossing from the continuous provincial road and a landing road to the industrial area.Until about 11 a.m. the traffic continues and starts again at 1 or 5 a.m. in the morning. The main focus of breakfast is the region, but western people have enough alternatives in cooked and cooked eggs, sauce, cheese, corn flaxes and yoghurt. The bread brooder is only a little slow, after about 20 times the bread was finally a little colored. All and all a good hotel but ear pigs are a requirement.

For some god sake, men and women are treated unequally? I don’t have the right to not take off my shirt in public area (swimming pool)! If you have that rule, please inform in booking email in advance! I even wore the swimsuit not normal shirt! I’m staying at B14.03 on 29/4/2023 When I talk to staff at the front desk (18:15, 29/4/2023), her attitude toward me is unacceptable!!! Is that because I’m younger than her or else? Her answer was not what I expected from a 4 star hotel! We need answer and solution, not ask for sympathy! Believe me! You never encounter any rudeness like this from any other international hotel brands (IHG, Melia, Accord,..) Many thanks! I worked as a travel agency in Vietnam with reasonable price! We stayed for 4 nights and I’m happy this was my first accommodation in Vietnam. The room was basic but clean. Ours had no windows and we received a complementary upgrade when we requested one that did. The staff were helpful and translated and interpreted for us when required. The hotel has a security shutter which comes down around midnight and can only be opened from the inside by hotel staff. Although I had to shout loudly and repeatedly on one night to wake up the night staff, I was let in with no bad grace. Recommend the Russian coffee shop a few doors to the R (As you face the hotel exit.)

It's a family of 5 people. 2 rooms, living room sofa bed 1.Veranda The view was quite good because the water was on the 34th floor. And on the rooftop. It was comfortable and nice because there was a swimming pool.Of course, the night view was good. There was a children's pool on the first floor. And 100 meters outside the resort. There's Lotte Mart, so you can buy food. It was convenient. And there's a lot of beach coffee shops with hotels 10 minutes drive away. I spent about an hour there. The price of the resort for one night is 120000 won. It was okay.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!
