I checked in with my family, we had 3 rooms. Overall everyone was satisfied. The check-in process was too slow, which was a bit too slow. That's a bit inconvenient when you have 2 older people and a small child in your group. Although kind of old, the rooms are pretty clean. Only the windows were kind of dirty on the outside. Not really what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

The service was very impressive, even though we stayed there during Tet, which is a busy period. David was attentive. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety. The rooms are spacious and well designed and I loved the decorations for Tet. We would stay at the Pullman in Vung Tau again. One minor thing to note: it didn’t seem like there was a private beach, however there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the public beach. The beaches in Vung Tau are generally not swimming-friendly.

Hotel rooms are big and location is good, near beach and next to a big super market. However hotel facilities are quite old. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Excellent service, 10 minutes walk to the public beach, very friendly & helpful staff, scenic (sea) view from windows, delicious continental breakfast etc.
I will certainly stay at Pullman Vung Tau if I come again in this town.

The Pullman is a decent hotel. It seems like one of the newer hotels on a relative basis but shows some signs of age.
My only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't working well when I checked in but the service staff sorted it out quickly.

Great location, very good breakfast buffet, room carpets have to be cleaned or removed, easy transportation to Ho Chi Minh, be back at this hotel
