Check-in at the condominium is extremely chaotic due to high Airbnb turnover, with large crowds, noise, and long waits for the lift—sometimes up to 15 minutes. The apartment itself is just okay and feels worn from constant use. Amenities like the pool and gym are either difficult to access or unavailable. Overall, the experience was stressful, noisy, and poorly managed.

Location is perfect, ocean view is as promised. The beach is really near but everything is still in the works at the moment, so there's a lot of construction going on by the beach. However, the beach is still accessible and open to public. There are food stalls and convenience stores on the ground floor. As for room amenities, everything was perfect besides the microwave which probably hasn't been cleaned or used for ages, but I've informed the owner and I'm sure they'll have it fixed. Get the hotel phone number on trip.com and add them on whatsapp, then you'll be able to communicate with them with regards to check-in.

The place was ok, good for short stay. Host was friendly, though check in instructions could be clearer.
The pool police lady doesn't know what boardshorts are, tried to deny me pool access. Also guests can only use the pool. You can't use the gym or sauna if your a guest

Good location but no view. Isnt good idea if you need more convenience regarding this building too many people short rental and waiting lift 🛗 too long

Amazing apartment. This apartment has two bedrooms. One balcony. Nice bathroom attached with toilet. A small kitchen with utensils. A washing machine with consumables.
Amazing city skyline view from the balcony. Lotte supermarket was just at a walking distance. The building has many convenience stores. Cleaning was not done on a day to day basis unless you request them.
Overall...it is a great apartment to stay in. You can hire a motor bike and roam around the city.

too many apartments in the building, the lift always full & need to wait long time to get in.
