A business trip related to Busch Gardens Tampa. The service was a mess, the employees were unfriendly and didn't respond properly. Not all employees were like that, but this was the first time I saw a hotelier who just stared blankly as I entered the entrance with two trunks in tow. There are too many parking spaces, so I don't understand why they charge a fee.

Good hotel close to Bushgarden. They drove us to Bushgarden and picked us up again. American breakfast was ok. What bothered us is that all the dishes were made of plastic.

Charging to park my vehicle is price gouging. There was no mention of this when we made our reservation. I am rethinking whether to stay at a Hyatt Place again!

The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff is outstanding, they were very pleasant and went out of their way to help us out. They provided transportation to busch gardens, which was very convenient.
Definitely staying there again if I'm in Tampa!

It was clean but old, they charged $12.00 a day for parking, that was not on the web site. I was there for four days and they never replenished the coffee in the room. It’s the small things that count

Our bathroom had pink mold all over the shower curtain. On the bottom was more prominent. Also the thermostat periodically would read error.

I enjoyed my stay as the staff was awesome! Breakfast was delicious. However, I was surprised to have to pay to park and that was disappointing.

Site should indicate that this property is located next to a railroad track. However, our room was located on the opposite side of the property. This location is in need of a renovation looks a little worn. The staff was exceptionally nice, and breakfast was ok. A non-pork option should be offered to guests.
