"Seng Hout Hotel has expanded considerably and now has 2 buildings. Safety is slightly compromised as there is now an outdoor walkway along the windows of many rooms, with some of these windows unable to fully close/ lock - though there was no actual safety incident during our stay. Amenities and cleanliness are minimal but functional. Staff struggle somewhat with simple requests such as top up of toilet paper or additional blankets (the blanket is smaller than the bed so can be challenging to share in double beds - but additional is not available). Nonetheless, functional and comfortable stay for the price."
