Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

Because I was doing business nearby, I booked it on the spur of the moment. According to the map, it's about 15 minutes' walk from the subway station (Yuexi Station on Line 7). The intersections around it feel a bit desolate in the suburbs, so I was a little nervous about meeting a ”fake” 😭 I felt at ease as soon as I entered the lobby. As always, the tone of Hampton Inn: bright, simple and transparent The room is not big, but full of details. The various reminders in the room and public areas will be very reassuring for first-time guests. Although the setting of the gym is a simplified version, it also meets the basic exercise needs. The key is that it is arranged in a large sunny glass room, which is very considerate. ❤️The self-service laundry room has small bottles of washing and disinfecting liquid and sewing kits, and the washer and dryer is very powerful. Both areas are at least visually spotless 👍 After staying for four days, I found that the cost-effectiveness is still quite good for business trips or self-driving tours. There is a parking lot downstairs of the hotel, as well as a self-service car wash area. It is also very convenient to order takeout (Ele.me, Dingdong), and the robot will deliver it to the door in order. During breakfast time on weekends, I saw many families with children. No wonder there is a cotton candy machine in the lobby😄 We don’t have many opportunities to stay in Wuzhong District when we go to Suzhou, but if we go there again in the future, we will still choose Hampton by Hilton Shihu.

The place is really nice, I like the apartment nature of it. The service is desk is very helpful and friendly. There are lots of amenities- I really appreciated the washing machine and being able to steam my clothes. The gym- is a bit inconvenient as it is in the other hotel- one has to take an elevator, then walk to find it. The cleaning service is good but we ran out of shower gel and it wasn’t replaced, also, the room wasn’t swept. The bed was made as well as towels replaced. The coffee shop downstairs is very good (they can speak English- well one of the ladies can. Overall, we had a good experience.

The service of East Taihu Hotel is very good. The butler will take the initiative to contact you before checking in. Through the introduction, he learned that the hotel belongs to Suzhou Cultural Tourism. The hotel is right next to Taihu Lake. It is very pleasant to stroll around in the afternoon and watch the sunset. We had the hotel buffet for dinner (the quality of the food still needs to be improved), and there was a musical fountain next to the opera house at 7:30 pm, so we went for a walk. After you come back, you can go to the hot spring area of ​​the hotel to soak in the hot springs. There are not many people, and it feels like it is reserved. There is also a hot spring in the room. You can take a bath in the room. The room facilities are very good and basically fully automatic. The Suzhou Bay Museum is worth visiting. The treasure of the museum is the authentic work of Tang Yin. Special thanks to the manager Allen, who not only provided excellent and enthusiastic service, but also found our mobile phone in the toilet on the first floor of the hotel in time. We will stay again if we have the opportunity.

Fantastic environment, quiet and calm. If you want to spend some quality time without any chaos that is the place you should choose. The hotel staffs are also friendly and some of them can speak English which is good. The rent is also within budget (actually you will be amazed after seeing the amenities inside the room). From my perspective, I will rate 10/10.

Suzhou is the back garden of Shanghai. For those of us who like gardens, Wujiang Hotel can be called a relaxing green world in our busy lives. Although the location is not in the city center, the advantage is that the environment is elegant and the whole atmosphere is very nice. It’s really nice! I have been here many times, and Li Qian and Zhao Xin at the hotel front desk and waiter Xie Wenyan are very warm and considerate. Catering is a major feature of the hotel. I met the head chef several times and enthusiastically introduced the dishes. The daily breakfast and dinner buffets constantly change their menus according to the seasons. The braised pork noodles for breakfast are the most authentic we have ever eaten in Suzhou. The white-chopped chicken and salted duck for dinner are great, and the sashimi is also very fresh. Feel at home, they did. The discounts launched by the hotel from time to time are powerful and cost-effective. Double Eleven is coming soon, and continue to pay attention to housing coupons.

Because the hotel I stayed in for the 4.6 East Taihu Half Marathon was by the East Taihu Lake and opposite the Sasseur Outlet. The store provided three optional drinks, the service was very considerate, and the coffee quality could be improved 🥹 The night view outside the window was great. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in might have a problem. It was getting hotter and hotter in the cooling mode. I couldn't stay here after running the next day. I was glad that I didn't come back too early. It is worth praising that the hotel moved up the breakfast time to 6:30 because of the half marathon. This is worth praising. The front desk receptionist also took the initiative to remind and asked if I was participating in the marathon. The feeling was good, which shows that the hotel was attentive and seized the opportunity to provide good service.

Small but beautiful hotel! The underground garage is very large. When you get up from the elevator, there are tea, snacks and small items for you to pick up at the front desk. It feels very warm. It's a bit of a detour to the room, but it's a pleasant surprise. The hotel has only about 60 rooms and is surrounded by a small canal. You can take a boat after watching the promotional video. The room is 50 square meters, with smart Xiaodu, which can manage TV, curtains, air conditioning, and call the front desk, which is very convenient. I enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and supper at the hotel and fed myself well. The hotel service is also very good. I added the front desk WeChat, which responded quickly. There was also a small gift when I left. I felt that this was a hotel with special pursuits. It's the right choice when you come to Wujiang!

The price is very reasonable in the farmhouse, and the amount of dishes is very large. There are a few caged cats in the lobby and at the entrance of the western restaurant. There is a small farm behind the house, there are sheep, ducks, geese and rabbits running around. There are a few small villas with many rooms, and it feels quite suitable for group building.

Parking is convenient, there are a lot of food and drinks around, and the service awareness is very strong. When I checked out in the morning, I proactively informed the finance department that the card was not recharged in time, so I paid the parking fee in advance and then transferred the money via WeChat. There is no screen window, the room is small, and the bathroom shower cannot be used.
