老牌國賓館，環境優美，服務上乘。預訂之後酒店打電話來詢問是否有長者或小孩需要特殊照顧。感覺很貼心。 中式園林設計風格，豪華大氣。樓層不高，挑高很高。房間很大，衞浴區可以開放式，也可以把移門拉起來作封閉式。有個衣帽間，配套齊全。燈是感應的。房間隔音很好。 户外有草坪、噴泉，有幾個花園，綠植和鮮花掩映其間。景色怡人。家裡長者非常滿意！

環境很好，早餐也可以，就這個價錢在蘇州來説是很不錯的，唯一不足就是員工素質和職業準則有待提高。入住期間發生了兩件很不開心的事情，都是我從來沒碰到過的事情，也是酒店最不該發生的事情。 後續處理還好，酒店管理層親自處理和道歉，最後也給予免當日房費，態度是非常的好，這點值得肯定，希望下次入住不再發生類似低級的錯誤。

名同其地，於斯唯盛。 與姑蘇城拉開些許距離，少了些遊客熙攘，多了些江南的本色。一動一靜，取捨隨人。閑逛過酒店旁邊的健康公園和文化廣場，到千年的垂虹斷橋懷古幽思，偶然尋到憩樓市場聽了場聽不懂但又好看的評話，有空再去蘇州灣吹吹太湖的晚風。行程不必匆匆，悠然愜意自得。

1.小長假來蘇州遊玩,夜間進入酒店，夜間。燈光秀。很震撼。 2.酒店很大，房間挺寬敞，還有個大浴缸。床很舒服。 3.到太湖邊很近。免費的公園逛逛很舒服。 4.周邊吃的地方很多。味道很贊。性價比也高。 5.離蘇州核心景區偏遠，自駕不受影響。 6.軟服務也很贊，然後就收到電話，協調好小朋友的洗漱等用品。前台服務人員很温馨。下次還會選擇這家酒店。
