It didn't live up to my expectations. The hotel's exterior looked promising, but the interior was a letdown. The room was tidy, but the decor felt outdated. The bed was comfortable. The biggest disappointment breakfast. Not up to part. The staff were not so friendly, they seemed disorganised. Check-in took longer than expected. Overall, my stay was just okay. With a bit of renovation and better attention to detail, this hotel could reach its full potential.

The rooms are nice, the hotel is a bit far from downtown Suzhou to explore the city. This hotel can accept guests from all over the world which is nice 👍

The had good service. During breakfast there was construction going on which made the restaurant a bit to noisy. The buffet has good food(most of the food is Chinese food but very delicious). The room was clean.
