There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

The Restaurant La Concha has superb food and cocktails, we were very well attended to by Suhel who mans the bar and Sanford who attended the tables (a biker in secret as well - do check places to visit from him - he's very good with conversations) and Sam the Chef. Would highly recommend trying out the burnt garlic chicken, murgh makhani as well as the Devil's Margherita (a Bartenders Special). This is my favourite place for the food in the Benaulim area.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Goa, an IHG hotel Mobor Beach, Cavelossim and I can say that it was a very nice experience. The resort's location is a very nice, right on the beach. The rooms were clean providing comfort. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying our morning on the beach was just amazing. The swimming pools were well-maintained and inviting, We also indulged in the spa services, which was very nice and left us feeling rejuvenated. Specially Ms. Rose from spa is very supportive and caring. Dining at the resort was good. The restaurants offered a variety of delicious dishes for pure vegetarians also. The attentive staff made every meal a very nice experience. Mr. Cyron from restaurant is very supportive. In summary Holiday Inn Resort Goa, an IHG hotel Mobor Beach, Cavelossim is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beach vacation. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Stay. No better place seen in last 48 years. Staff was very cooperative. The scenic beauty around and the thoughtfulness towards the resort planning is just awesome . Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.
