Great location around CBD. Great service and hospitality. Xiao Sun is very helpful to inform which hotpot you can enjoy (hotpot is very popular in ChongQing and there’s hotpot stall everywhere you go), and what to do to avoid scams. She also recommend a good travel agent if you need to buy a local day tour such as Dazu Rock tour and ChongQing 1949 ticket. Super convenient. Thank you for having us

Our experience with Westin hotel was beyond exceed expectations. After the booking i requested for birthday occassion preparation to be done and they didnt.impose any extra charge. The room is very spacious whereby our toddler enjoyed the space and view so so much The baggage arrangement was also tip top! Lastly the breakfast is full of choices. Our stay with Westin is.extrra comfortable, service is so so accomodating and we love every part at Westin! Please keep up with such standard and we will.return definitely!

Very easy check in process, some English was spoken which made it easier Location was great, on the ”quieter' side but only a brief 15-20 uphill walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and surroundings Apartment was extremely spacious with a very well equipped kitchen along with a washing machine/drier. Didn't get a chance to make use of the other facilities Will be back to Chongqing and stay again when there, highly recommend

Great location. You can't see hotel signage from far or near. The entrance inside commercial building next to Ole Supermarket. Level 25 is check in counter located Techsavy room automatic curtains room cleanliness: excellent room amenities :.good slippers,.toothbrush kit, stylo hair dryer, got hand soup / bath gel, shampoo dispenser bathroom: lights are bright (good for makeup)/ enjoyed hot shower water pressures good bed mattress:. super comfortable never had such good sleep at this room rate paid weakness: one thing I dislike need to wait a while for guest lift as is located inside commercial building so heavy traffic. thank you to owner 汪洺仰 for his hospitality service and food n malls recommendations.

The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, and the electrical appliances are voice controlled. I live on the 49th floor. The scenery outside the building is beautiful. The beautiful front desk lady smiled and served me throughout the whole process. The hotel is located opposite the Raffles Square and next to Metro Line 1. The transportation is very convenient. It is very close to attractions such as Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and Huguang Guild Hall. The front desk area on the 44th floor can also overlook the Chongqing Grand Theater and the Yangtze River and Jialing River. Just pay attention to friends who drive. The entrance to the underground parking garage is difficult to find. From the underground garage, you must first go to the 2nd floor platform, and then take the high-speed elevator to the 44th floor to see the hotel front desk. Next time I come, I will book again.

1 The luckiest thing about this trip is that I chose this hotel! Shirley, the front desk lady who checked us in, was very kind and amiable. She also thoughtfully prepared a disposable toilet seat for us. The service was very considerate and the room delivery was also very fast. Every link was impeccable. The service staff always had a sincere smile on their faces. Any needs could be solved in a great way. The most convenient thing was that there was a cute little robot in the lobby. If you ordered takeout at night, the little robot could help deliver it to the room. Today is Women's Day, and the hotel also prepared beautiful roses. It was really thoughtful and must be rated five stars! I will choose this place next time I travel.

Very satisfactory hotel, why go to Kyoto! The only drawback is that it is really far from the city, but it is worth it! Every employee is very kind. Three meals a day are all solved in the hotel. The restaurant is very clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is very good. I like the stream path very much. It is not tiring to go back and forth, and the air is fresh. It is worth checking in again!

This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, attentive service, and very welcoming hospitality from all the staff, especially Ms. Lemon at the front desk and the housekeeping lady on the 29th floor. Their friendliness made our stay very memorable. The location is centrally located and convenient to all the key tourist spots. We recommend ordering breakfast a day in advance to get a cheaper deal, instead of purchasing it online during hotel booking. The breakfast selection is amazing! If a heavy buffet breakfast isn’t your thing, there is a local morning grocery market nearby where you can find delicious meat buns and congee. Enter from the lane on the right side of the hotel.
