this is a under 3 star hotel standard internationally. The card of room key were not working properly.
The hotel do not have restaurant and bathtub.
The parking costed 10euro without invoice.
At least the receptionist still work hard with heart.

Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center. The neighborhood is not dangerous contrary to what I have read. On the other hand the wifi is slow the little time it works. Regarding cleaning, it's surface cleaning when I arrived the sheet had a stain there was also a small squirt of blood on the curtain, not to mention that under the bed it was never cleaned a lot of dust and a pair of black socks forgotten by a customer before me

Rudeness, incompetence, lack of professionalism and carelessness towards the customer are the watchwords of this terrible hotel.
Upon arrival in the evening, they forced me to wait in reception for the booking confirmation from trip.con to arrive on their computer .... even all night if necessary. This despite the fact that I had already provided the reservation number that arrived on my smartphone and they had already seen the message from my bank of the payment made .... INCOMPETENT.
After a fortunately not very long wait (thanks to trip.com who immediately sent the confirmation on their computer), they finally gave me a room.
Surprise, water flowed in rivers in the toilet bowl and I had to turn off the general tap.
Dirty everywhere in the bathroom and the bed was made with short sheets so much so that you could see the mattress....
Highly recommended for anyone who does not want to deal with human stupidity and dirt ...

When I warned of the problems in the room, the guy at the reception replied telling me THAT I HAD TO NOTIFY his colleague the next day of the various problems found 😱😱😱.
Unbelievable, never had to deal with such incompetent hotels in my life....

There are subway stations, bus stations, and tram stations nearby. The transportation is convenient. The staff at the front desk are enthusiastic, and they tipped 20Lv before leaving!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGH**ARE OF A "HOTEL". You will regret going there as they do not live up to promises of refunding you despite several promises to do so. Further there are bugs in the room and it is very unhealthy to stay there for just one night. Not healthy room for people who have difficulties breathing normally. NEVER GO THERE it's and not Clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is located very close to the main train station of Sofia, around 15 minutes walk from the center. But there is a metro stop 50 meters away, so access is very easy for those who don't like walking. Big room, huge bed, clean with all accessories needed for a comfortable stay. Satisfactory buffet breakfast, covers the basic needs. The staff at the reception are very kind and helpful. The very demanding people may be disturbed by the tram that passes outside and can be heard slightly in the front rooms, which I happened to stay. (in my case it did not disturb). It was a random choice that I was happy with, and if someone doesn't want a hotel in the city center I think it's an ideal choice.
