My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

Apologies in advance for the long review but hopefully it will contextualise the review title! Booked to stay for three nights, hotel reached out in advance to arrange airport transfer (no charge) and my transfer was there ready and waiting when I landed with water and a cold towel. Arrived at the hotel and received a lovely welcome drink and nibbles. Staff were extremely warm and friendly, taking lots of time to explain everything about the hotel. The room was clean and of a very good standard, I’d deliberately opted for a room that wasn’t pool facing as I suspected it would be quieter facing away from the road. Reality is I don’t know for sure if there was any real difference but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Can’t say I missed the pool view. Room had very good Wi-Fi so was able to work one morning. Air con super effective. Netflix on the tv. Great rain shower with lots of pressure. I had a sun-rise tour booked so the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast of my choice for me. Again ready at the time they said it would be (4am as per my request). The spa in the hotel (read massages and treatment) was brilliant. Can’t again rate it more highly and would definitely recommend. For us foreigners it’s incredibly affordable compared to back home. Complimentary lunch organised by the hotel was also superb. Hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) to the more touristy food streets and markets. Area felt extremely safe. Return airport transfer (again free) exactly on time as agreed. Honestly you can’t take clear communication and hotel organisation for granted. Thank you to all the team at the hotel for an amazing stay. You were all fantastic and I wish you all every success!

Bou Savy Villa

Siem Reap|0.07km from Oudong Park
Owner Mr Bovuth was very helpful and kind-hearted. He made all the arrangements to make our stay at Bou Savy Villa, a pleasant one during our recent visit to Angkor Wat, Cambodia. Pick & drop off at the airport, a very good tour guide, other local arrangements like Cambodian Cultural Dance & Buffet show tickets and Tuk-Tuk for local daily transportations. The location of the hotel was very good, conveniently located near to all the restaurants, markets and mainly Angkor Archaeological Park. Hotel is family friendly, peaceful and relaxing. They have a swimming pool and lots of greenery on the premises. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided hearty breakfast everyday morning. Rooms and the lobby are kept clean all the time. Tour guide Mr Chenla Mao was very knowledgeable about the Angkor Archaeological Park and the locality. He is very friendly and took good care of my aged father. Always on time and planned out our days properly not to over exhaust my dad and at the same time was able to cover most of the park with detailed explanation. Also learnt lot of photo tricks from him :-) The car driver was also very friendly. He also acted as a professional photographer taking lots of decent pictures of us while we were exploring the place. Overall, we really had a good time and planning to recommend to my friends to stay at Bou Savy Villa and engage the same tour guide & team for their visit to Angkor Wat, Cambodia.

Grange

I have just come back from experiencing a super holiday staying at the Grange. The staff and the General Manager Dom offered an excellent individual friendly service and I felt that all the staff were just excellent. Dom goes ”the extra mile” to make your holiday so special, in fact I was supposed to stay for one week, however as I felt so comfortable and relaxed I remained there for the entirety of my 3 week holiday. This did not stop me from exploring Cambodia and I was able to visit the historical sites, visit the markets etc making use of their patient and English speaking Cambodian driver who was there at hand for every trip. I stayed in the family room which was very luxurious with its own private terrace and plunge pool. The hotel in itself is very clean with supplies of towels with a beautiful well kept swimming pool for lounging around and ”cooling off”. The food was outstanding which included vegetarian (often designed for your taste) and gluten free options with fresh juices and delicious fruit plates on offer. The staff are happy to organise the spa visits where the transportation there and back to said spa is free. All of which each massage and treatment is completed by experienced staff at amazingly low prices. The Grange is merely a 20 min walk or a 5 minute tuk tuk ride into Pub St so its close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. I have been informed that the owner has contributed to local charities including supporting and helping build a primary school and I noted that he ”cares for his staff”. I would like to thank Dom and all the wonderful staff especially Sofis (who brought the sunshine in his pocket every day), and Leehaw for all their incredible hospitality and helping to make me feel welcome and part of their community. Many thanks for a great holiday.

The staff were amazing and Paul the cat. Central location. New only opened in 2019. Very clean and well organised. Reception is always open, and staff greet you as soon as you arrive. Loved this place. The pool is dreamy, lovely ambiance and plenty of loungers. Reception can easily arrange any trips or drivers for you. If you need a late departure they have a luggage room, and shower rooms for use. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Very pleasant stay. High room standard. Breakfast simple but tasty. Despite problems with booking buyer from external OTA, hotel management did his best to provide us a room and solve the issue - very professional and customer friendly attitude.

I really enjoyed my 6 night in total I stayed at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotless. The manager was so kind and helpful and there's a shop next door to get supplies. Also the pool is beautiful to cool down. My favourite hotel so far in Cambodia! He also changed my 50 dollar notes twice to smaller money which was very useful.
