The room is very spacious, and the environment is excellent. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. They offer a complimentary tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street once a day, and it's only $2 for the return trip. The breakfast is also delicious. Although it's not right next to Pub Street, the quiet atmosphere is a big plus.

The hotel is beautiful and the room is large. According to my Trip.com booking, I had an early check-in, but they didn't let us check in early, saying all rooms were occupied, even though we later saw that wasn't the case. They put us in a damp room with a musty smell. The air conditioning worked too strongly and couldn't be adjusted on the first day; on the second day, after being adjusted, it barely worked. The staff at the reception desk took about 30 minutes to figure out our request to help book a tuk-tuk to the silk farm, and in the end, they quoted a price double what we saw on the Grab app. We killed a cockroach in the room, and it lay on the floor for all four days of our stay, which speaks volumes about the cleaning quality. There was nowhere to dry clothes. Breakfasts were good. Lunch wasn't to my liking. The massage was excellent.
