It is apparent that the hotel is a little old. When you first walk in you are greeted by the grand staircase. We checked in without any issues. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Once we were taken to our room we noticed a moldy smell but nothing too bad. We did find however the room wasn’t as clean as it looked. We found roaches in the bathroom so that was a big negative for us. We were only there for one night so we didn’t make a big deal about it. The breakfast was pretty good overall. It is a great distance from Angkor Wat. We also want to thank the lady at the reception that allowed us to take a shower in their facilities after we had already checked out and toured Angkor Wat so that was amazing. We probably wouldn’t stay there again because the roaches and cleanliness was a huge negative for us. But over it’s a just an ok stay.

Great Hotel! Great rooms and service at the lobby. A very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool and good cocktails next to the swimming pool. The gym is good. In my opinion it needs a bit of maintenance. (my feedback). The Breakfast was superb 💯👌🍳.Great attention! I would definitely come back again & I recommend it! :)

It was super nice place to stay. Calm, relaxing stay I had. Breakfast was good and many choices. Staff were amazing, they always ready to help and so welcoming. I felt their natural hospitality from the reception. Nice pool by the way. Thanks and highly recommend this place to say.

Very good hotel. Staff very helpful and efficient. Room cleaning daily with bed changed and new towels. Very close to travel facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel and accommodating staff. Super cheap for a 5 star. Just think there could be more ammenities available.. like the bar availability but it is low drain now I’m end July early august and tourism here is hard hit from precious covid… an advantage is the hotel is nice and peaceful.
Sometimes the signal of wifi is weak.
There was some hammering before 6am.
Someone obviously thought it was a good idea to do some work at that time which is crazy - happened on two days. I complained and it died down but they still rise pretty early here. The staff are very considerate and patient it must be said.
Breakfast in the morning is pretty good overall.
