服務特差，牛奶不是牛奶，説水不是水，説牛奶不是牛奶的味道。早上水果是橘子，發黑了應該放了好幾天了，找服務員説重新換，直到吃完早飯也沒有更換。

酒店地下停車場挺大 ，停車方便，但是停車場裏沒有常亮的燈，都是感應燈，燈光昏暗，從節能方面考慮，這也能理解，但是通往酒店電梯的指示燈能否保持常亮，讓第一次來的旅客方便找到電梯。

房間很寬敞，很好，停車方便，去南城門春申廣場4.5公里。就是不要住11樓，一出電梯就有一股怪味，房間裏也有，其他樓層應該沒有。

酒店前台那個很年輕的女生莫名其妙的，卡打不開門我平靜且平淡的溝通了兩句，她後面就突然聲音變大説：兩筆訂單就是要來刷兩次卡。
（？？？拜託，我沒做過酒店前台，我也不懂這個程序啊。如果是跨年還得上班或者來大姨媽導致你心情暴躁的話請用合理方式緩解，不要在跨年開開心心的當天影響客人心情，Ok？）
當時我學你説話的語氣陰陽怪氣了回去不知道後面的客人有沒有遭受你的怒火😓
酒店其他部分都非常好還是很值得推薦的🤗🤗
