訂了離陵園很近的這家酒店，不想意外驚喜。新裝修設備很整潔，房間很大，應有盡有，還聲控自動化，早餐除中式全樣，還有我喜吃的咖啡、牛奶、麥片、煎蛋、烤麪包等。前台小夥温和又實在，真舒心。謝謝！

夜間沒有服務員，房間個別燈無法關閉，亮了一夜，電話無法使用，手機致電前台，回覆第二天維修，他**第二天維修有什麼用。夜間沒有服務員是重點，沒人管狀態。

硬件和軟件不應該能評星，該升級了！硬件：很舊了，無論花灑還是沙發等等等，年代很久遠！！軟件：服務員着裝不統一，各穿個的，不規範，樓道都是便衣服務員，讓你分不清誰是顧客，誰是自己！最後想説，臨走時前台態度很好的的去要求給個好評，能給五元紅包，內心極度掙扎卻不是為了那個紅包，衹是突然感覺社會內卷很嚴重，個人都很辛苦，生活不易，非常理解任何人。但是，希望任何商家不要想太多的營銷手段，而是努力提升自己的短板，那個時候可以昂着頭等待更多的好評！！！祝願未來會有跨越式的發展！

服務態度差，房間設施有問題，換房太難了，吹風機臟的沒發形容，一摸粘手上了。

首先酒店改名了，叫和頤**酒店
看設施應該以前至少是個四星級酒店，但是可能受疫情影響，處處顯示出破敗的景象，房間和走廊有一股黴味，房間的門框裂開了一釐米寬的縫隙
馬桶是壞的，叫了師傅修好了
電話是壞的，師傅沒修好。。。
電視沒信號。。
床底下有煙頭和口罩。。
衞生間地上有頭髮。。
早餐沒啥東西且餐廳很小，需要爬樓梯上去。。
前台和維修工沒有統一服裝，感覺像家庭旅館。。
電梯顯示下次檢驗日期是2022年6月。。
凌晨前台會去睡覺，酒店安保衹能自求多福了。。
