Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

The hotel rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, and the breakfast restaurant is on the 22nd floor. Security is very strict, with security guards and gate guards at the front and back, so takeout can only be delivered to the front desk of the hotel or the takeout cabinet at the back of the building. The facilities in the room are a bit dated, but they are still clean and tidy. The location advantage is obvious. At the door of the building is Futian Metro Exit 3b, which leads to Futian High-speed Railway Station. It only takes 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast can't be said to be rich in variety. It's similar to a normal workplace canteen. It's more Chinese-style. It's clean and you can take care of yourself. A good kid is not picky about food!

The pillows in the room are very comfortable for sleeping, and I don't have neck pain when I get up early in the morning. In particular, I would like to commend the front desk clerk, Ms. Wang, for her enthusiastic and attentive work attitude. Thanks to her careful arrangements, the children could see the Christmas decorations at the Sheraton Hotel across the street. They were excited and happy, and had an unforgettable Christmas. All in all, Xiangzhang Hotel is very cost-effective.

The location is relatively convenient. You can go to concerts and light shows with your legs. It is also convenient to climb Lotus Mountain in the morning. The front desk is in Tower B of Jiangsu Building. Go through the door next to Yonghe King and take the elevator to the sixth floor. The front desk service attitude is very good. They will call in advance to communicate the hotel location and help upgrade the room type. The room is spacious and the equipment is new. I'm quite satisfied.

Visiting first time for china was very amazing this hotel was same as shown in photo the rooms & cleanliness. Location i would rate it 10/10 because it is almost 100mtr only from gangxia subway station. Hotel service and housekeeping was very amazing the reception guys are very helpful plus we had all amenities like cooking stove , centralised AC & 24hrs hot water facilities. Would definitely visit this hotel again on my shenzen trip because it is only one metro station away from the worlds biggest electronics market Thank you for hosting😀

245 one night, stayed for three days, the room facilities are new, but did not deal with it very carefully. There are no shelves, towel racks. The twin room was upgraded on the first day. Everything is fine. The price is cheap, the space is quite large and new. The next day, the bed was not laid, the towels and bath towels were taken away and no new ones were put. On the third day, no water was released... On the fourth day, I couldn't afford it. Direct price increase 438. Check out decisively.
