First of all, I know that they do not have a 24-hour front desk, but it is strange that there is no one at the front desk when checking in in the afternoon (4 o'clock) and checking out in the morning (9 o'clock). No one answered the phone, and I waited for a long time every time. I never saw someone at the front desk. The worst thing is that I forgot the pillowcase I brought with me on the bed when I left. I reported it to them on the day of check-out. I asked them again at noon the next day, and they replied to me, and actually told me that they threw it away when cleaning the room? So you can just decide to throw away the things that customers forget without contacting them? It's really outrageous.
